Hôtel très propre, petit déjeuner avec du choix et amabilité du personnel de cuisine. Chambre avec mini cuisine bien équipée, manque un micro onde. A 10 min de la plage et 15 min du centre.

Assez bien situé à 5min à pied de la plage Chambre spacieuse et propre. Literie correcte Piscine extérieure non chauffée Piscine intérieure avec jets/bulles privatisable pour 30e mais l'eau n'était pas chauffée Petit déjeuner correct mais dommage de ne pas proposer de jus d'orange frais dans le pays de l'orange et également la plaque sur laquelle est préparée les omelettes et aussi celle pour cuire le bacon / jambon : gros problème de contamination croisée empêchant les vegan et autres personnes ne consommant pas de porc d'avoir des omelettes.

The hotel staff was amazing. I arrived late at night and had no issue with checking in. The bar is alright, I only dislike the token system they got, but after all the staff do their best to accommodate all your requests. The food is actually pretty good, with plenty options, and the opening hours of the bar & restaurant are perfect. I asked for a nice view with the room I booked and they nailed it. I had a great time overall.

Great location, staff were very welcoming, could check in and out bags when needed which saved us from carrying them around all day. Very clean and rooms were bang on size wise. Breakfast was absolutely fine. Pool had a great atmosphere and drinks were relatively cheap. Would stay again

Overall I would recommend this hotel for the location to the beach and promenade which is approx 1 minute walk away. The staff are very tentative and polite and the hotel itself is passable with the airport bus stop 30 seconds away. 10/10 for location. My only criticism of the room I was given (106) is that the balcony was poor. Potentially building work is going on at the hot but the view resembled a tip (I’m not uploading the photo taken as I feel it’ll bias the overall experience) I’m convinced the house keeping do a fine job at this this hotel and work hard to maintain the rooms. However, I found pieces of litter on the floor which should have been easily seen when cleaning from the previous guest. Its not the end of the world but i shouldn’t be picking it up. I didn’t try the breakfast or amenities on site so no comment for those. Would I recommend…..yes…..it does the job.

The location is good and the breakfast are wonderful, but reception with long hair the lady is very nice except the one who on duty on 29/6 evening and night time the lady with short one length she is very cool and stern , no smiling and no warm welcome.

It’s very close to the place for dolphin-watching tours, but unfortunately they don’t operate on weekends, so we just walked around the nearby seaside area. It’s actually very close to public transportation, supermarkets, and seaside restaurants. Although we didn’t get to see dolphins, we were still very happy to see the sea. The hotel was very clean and quiet at night.

空港からA2バスで、終点エルアレナルのビーチエリアまで。そこから徒歩で5-10分ほど、ホテルは坂の途中にあるため、最後に坂を1分ほど登る必要があります。 プールとサンベットが無料で利用でき、ジャグジーもありますが水は冷たいです。 部屋にはバルコニーがあり、開放的に過ごす事ができます。朝食はブッフェ形式で、たくさんの種類から選べますから、お勧めです。日替わりで、チュロス、スパニッシュオムレツ、ソブラサーダ、生ハムなどのスペイン料理も並びます。

I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD .
