هناك ملاحظة بسيطة لاتذكر ارجوا من إدارة صيانة الفندق مراعاتها تصريف الماء بطي جدا في الدش

من اجمل فنادق ابها ان لم يكن الأجمل .. الفندق نظيف جدا والطاقم محترمين و متعاونين .. المرافق مكتملة ( مسبح / نادي / سبا / مطعم ) كل شي كان جميل جدا

تقيمي بشكل عام متوسط لكن لدي ملاحظتين فقط:
١. عدم وجود مطعم و كوفي في الفندق
٢. مكان الفندق جداً غير مناسب بقرب من محل خضار و تموينات غير نظيفة، أقترح للفندق شراء أو استأجار المحلات بالقرب من الفندق و استخدامها كا مطاعم و كوفيات و جلسات مرتبة.

Possibly one of the best choices for accomodation in Abha clean updated interiors, low level noise of the aircondition (great difficulty in the rest of our road trip through Saudi Arabia). Big comfortable single beds in the twin room we got. After 2 days of bad accomodation choices we really felt that we got a good night's rest and felt the comforts of european-like standards. View not something special, but at least it was open view of the city which is descend.

الأفضل استخدم الباركية بدلا من الموكيت للمحافظة على الشقة بشكل افضل

The room is spacious, and the location is excellent—close to services, cafés, and tourist attractions.
However, there is significant noise, as the soundproofing is almost nonexistent, making it feel like being on the street. In addition, the air conditioner is quite loud and disruptive.
The price is relatively affordable compared to most hotels in the same area, which is a positive point.
Regarding service, the reception often does not respond to phone calls, and we had to call multiple times or go down to the front desk to request simple items such as water also the female receptionist’s overall attitude needs improvement.

The hotel was clean and the room was a bit small but comfortable. They have housekeeping but you have to inform the front desk when you want them to clean your room and change your towels. They only have one key card upon check in which is a bit inconvenient because you need the card for electricity in the room and if you’re traveling with another person and the person is in the bathroom, they will be sitting in the dark when you have to pick up a delivery outside. The hot water in the bathroom runs out after one person takes a shower. It will take another 30 mins or so for the water to heat up again for the next person to shower.

ผผู้เข้าพักDas Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Frühstück war super lecker und sehr abwechslungsreich. Die Betten waren bequem, und das Bad angenehm, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Spa-Bereich ist top, besonders der beheizte Jacuzzi und der Pool. Auf jeden Fall kommen wir wieder, wenn wir wieder in der Gegend sind!
