Everything was good. The room the service but as it was mentioned there’s a pool access after reaching hotel they told it’s only for people who book private villas not suite rooms that was super let down and that made me feel my booking wasn’t worth

My experience was very good , all staff are friendly and helpful especially Ms. Dalal .

Excellent hotel. Very clean and neat. Staff are friendly. Room service is great. Perfect location  Highly recommend anyone visiting Abha to stay there! I’m considering revisiting the city with the family for leisure and stay at the same hotel.

الفندق جميل جدا جدا جدا هناك ملاحظة بسيطة لاتذكر ارجوا من إدارة صيانة الفندق مراعاتها تصريف الماء بطي جدا في الدش الاستقبال جميل تشكر الأخت على ما قدمته ايضا موظف القهوة كريم ولبق جدا جدا جدا

الاقامة كانت ممتازة لا يوجد مغسلة بالفندق .. ملاحظة عدم عزل منطة الدش عن باقي الحمام ... الطاقم ممتاز و متعاونين 👍👍

Possibly one of the best choices for accomodation in Abha clean updated interiors, low level noise of the aircondition (great difficulty in the rest of our road trip through Saudi Arabia). Big comfortable single beds in the twin room we got. After 2 days of bad accomodation choices we really felt that we got a good night's rest and felt the comforts of european-like standards. View not something special, but at least it was open view of the city which is descend.
