Maganda ang place malapit sa lahat sa mismong robinsons mall tlga cya, budget friendly parking meron rin kaso limited amenties yung Sarg n nila 3in1 shampooconditioner and bodywash na rin daw yun🤣

Location is nice since the city is very accessible. We like the ambiance of the whole thing. There are two things my friend and I did not like. 1. There were cockroaches. Idk why. 2. The female receptionist when we checked in at around 4PM on a Friday was not approachable. Illongos have this unique tone or accent when speaking in their dialect and for me who is Cebuano and is not familiar with their dialect kept clarifying what she was saying. Nagtagalog at nag-English na kami but she answered us in a very dismissive way while rolling her eyes.

I am a speechless towards this resort or shill say humble home which I did felt from the time I stepped in. Thanks Peter for the generosity,  hospitality, and your kindness even from you and your stuff lovely stuff you make me feel at home and I do highly appreciate it and the words never explain my feeling, and I am looking forward to come back again to my home because of your kindness. Thank you it’s not enough to explain how I do appreciate your humble kindness.

Third time's the charm, and this hotel never fails to deliver! I keep returning for a reason: the combination of the impeccable location, the delicious food, the refreshing pool, and the consistently comfortable rooms is simply unbeatable. It feels like a home away from home. If you're looking for a reliable and wonderful stay, look no further. I'm already looking forward to my fourth visit!

ฉันเลือกโรงแรมนี้เพราะทำเลที่ตั้งเป็นหลัก อยู่ตรงหน้า SM City พนักงานบริการดีทุกคน ตั้งแต่ รปภ. แผนกต้อนรับ ไปจนถึงแม่บ้าน พวกเขาเป็นมิตรและเข้าถึงได้ง่ายและพร้อมที่จะช่วยเหลือ ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือมีของบางอย่างอยู่ในห้องเอง วอลเปเปอร์เริ่มลอกออกแล้ว หมอนมีรูปลักษณ์และความรู้สึกที่ใช้ได้จริง ไม่ใช่แบบฟูกแบบที่คุณคาดหวังได้ในโรงแรมชื่อดัง และเคเบิลทีวีก็ตัดช่องหลายช่องไปทันที โดยแจ้งว่าช่องเหล่านั้นไม่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่งของการสมัครสมาชิก แม้ว่าฉันจะรับชมมาหลายชั่วโมงแล้วก็ตาม นอกจากนี้ยังมีปลั๊กไฟเพียง 2 ช่อง ฉันคิดว่ามันแปลกสำหรับห้องที่สามารถรองรับคนได้ 3 คน

The hotel is clean. The staff is friendly. It is affordable yet the room is quite luxurious. Will definitely book again whenever I am in Iloilo.

I love the room its so comfy and staff is very kind and generous. Over all its a good hotel to enjoy your stay with.

Our stay was so good and cozy. We slept well and had a good rest. No netflix, only cable channels. The pool was good. Had a good time at the pool, it looks clean. There was a slight problem during our breakfast at the hotel. We ordered a meal , and a different one was served. But it was okay, maybe the staff was tired or sleepy and he didn't hear what we had requested. Overall, highly recommend. Our room was clean. When checking-in at a hotel, I look after for CLEANLINESS. That's my number one preference.

*Review for J7 Hotel (September 24, 2025)* I recently stayed at the J7 Hotel, and overall, I had a comfortable experience. The service was good, and the employees and crew were polite and attentive. However, I noticed that the towels provided were old and showed signs of wear and tear. I would suggest replacing them to enhance the overall guest experience. Despite this, I appreciated the hospitality and professionalism of the staff. I would recommend the J7 Hotel to others, with the hope that they will address the issue with the towels. *Rating:* 4/5 stars *Suggestions for Improvement:* - Replace old towels with new ones to ensure a more comfortable stay for guests. *Overall Experience:* Good service, polite staff, but some amenities could use an upgrade.

Pros: ✔️Malapit sa port to Guimaras ✔️Malapit sa University of Iloilo (eto lagi yung landmark namin kapag sumasakay kami ng jeep) ✔️Malapit sa Robinsons ✔️May mini market sa harap ✔️Sa lahat ng na-inquire namin na hotel, eto yung pinakamura na may pool access until 9pm. Mas mura if direct sa hotel ang booking since nag extend kami ng 1 night nakaless kami ng 150 pesos. ✔️Sobrang bait ng mga staff nila. Very accommodating and lagi naka-smile. Cons: 🙂about 30 mins ang layo sa SM Iloilo, Festivewalk and Casa Emperador 🙂 1-2 hours ang layo sa Iloilo International Airport (sakay kayo pa-SM, may Van na papuntang airport, 100php lang instead of Grab)
