Our stay at Henann Regency Resort & Spa was truly worth it. The food was consistently good, and we especially loved the breakfast buffet every morning—you’ll definitely leave full because everything they prepare is delicious.
We would like to commend Essa from reception, who was very kind and accommodating. She gave us a great room location that was conveniently near the beachfront, which made our stay even more enjoyable. When we checked the room, we noticed a minor issue with the cabinet door of the fridge, but maintenance fixed it right away, which we really appreciated.
The room itself was clean, and all the amenities were excellent. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, even those you simply pass by. Special mention to Dannah, who was very jolly and kind—she really made a positive impression on us.
Overall, our 4-night stay was amazing. If we could have stayed longer, we definitely would have. Highly recommended hotel!
Hennan Garden came as a welcome surprise to me ..it was my first time there and it was awesome..staff were all courteous and they were very friendly,will include Hennan Garden in my choice next time..
I was so annoyed with the remote control being faulty during our entire stay. I need to get near the sensor, just to keep it functioning. Imagine the hassle of standing up, every now and then just to change channels. For 54k for 2nights, its not worth it. Its really frustrating.
Also prior to stay, I specifically requested for rooms near each other since we had kids and seniors with us. But lo & behold, rooms were 1 building away from each other. I kindly asked for assistance, but the front desk officer who I was talking to showed no empathy, the worst part? it seemed she was blaming me, telling me I was the one who booked it. Yeah, right. But it was my first time in the property, how would I know the room 341 was far from room 415. I assumed it was just a floor / elevator away. It feels like she wasn't even willing to help after all and just put all the blame to the client.
One more thing, prior to our stay at Mandarin, we stayed at another property at Station 2, the front desk was a lot different!! They're not as accommodating, something was off, it feels like you're not welcome (I am pertaining to the front desk / manager who was processing the check-in)
What I only liked about them was their staff who welcomes you when you arrive (the ones handing over wet towels and welcome drinks) they greet you warmly & very welcoming. Also, the request for a birthday greeting was also granted, thankful for that. But thats it, never coming back.
Highly recommend this hotel especially if it’s your first time in Boracay as it is right at the center of DMall, Station 2–very convenient and fun location. The room was spacious, clean, and comfy; staff were polite and accommodating; and breakfast buffet spread was decent. Also appreciated that they offer free drying services so you won’t have to bring home wet clothes.
I had a pleasant stay at Boracay Holiday Resort. The location is excellent — Boracay Beach is just a 5-minute walk away, and there are plenty of nearby establishments for food, drinks, and essentials. The staff provided great service, and the cleanliness and amenities were good overall

One thing worth mentioning is that I lost my eyeglasses during my stay. I’m not sure where it happened, but I wasn’t able to recover them. Aside from that, everything else went smoothly and we still enjoyed our time at the resort.
Overall, it was a good experience, and I appreciate the friendly staff, convenient location, and the accessibility to many establishments.
Great location! very close to a big mall (SM City) which made everything very convenient. The breakfast was honestly one of the best I’ve tried, and I travel internationally a lot. The bed was comfortable, which made resting easy.
On the downside, the air-conditioning can be quite loud and at times disrupted my sleep. It can also get noisy on some nights due to live band performances from restaurants next to the hotel, and the ground floor can feel crowded during events.
That said, the staff were amazing, very helpful with parking, and the bellboys were attentive and efficient with luggage handling. I also appreciated the 1:00 PM late check-out, which was a nice bonus.
