Love this place. Have stayed a few times now as it's central to Groningen and the university, but quiet enough as it's not on a busy main road. There is a great roof top terrace bar as well. Rooms are clean and come with kettle, coffee machine, hairdryer and fridge as standard and for a reasonable price compared to others. The staff are always friendly and helpful and, of course, speak perfect English! Only issue i had this time was not being able to use the TV on my last evening due to a technical issue.

Het is een prima kamer! Het had eigenlijk alle faciliteiten die je nodig had, was alleen wel erg klein. De service van het hotel is geweldig. Zo ontvingen we gratis drankjes in onze minibar met een flesje wijn, biertje, wat frisjes en water. Het ontbijt is wat prijzig, maar wel lekker! Locatie is ook zeker niet mis. Ongeveer 10 minuten met de bus naar de stad, en zeer dichtbij het Stadspark. Als ik weer naar Groningen moet, ga ik naar Mercure.

之前看寫15平方米，還挺擔心太小房間，不過實際還挺大。每人還送一杯酒和小食。酒店餐廳還不錯，價錢不覺得貴，好像外面同類餐廳差不多，味道不錯。只是有點舊，停車場的門口很窄。

Hotel is very comfortable and room is clean, the only one problem is not easy to find restaurant nearby.

Good in general! We change the room and the new one is pretty good

When I was about to check out, the receptionist told me that I hadn’t paid the city tax, even though I had already paid it in coins when I checked in. I was surprised at first, but it turned out that the receptionist who checked me in had forgotten to record the payment in their system. Fortunately, everything was sorted out. All good! The staff were very kind and gave me a lower bed because I can’t climb to the upper bed.

โรงแรมสะอาดมากและตั้งอยู่ในทําเลที่ดีในใจกลางเมือง ห้องพักกว้างขวางและแม้ว่าจะมีเตียงสามเตียงในห้อง แต่ก็มีพื้นที่สําหรับเคลื่อนย้ายและวางกระเป๋าเดินทาง ห้องพักเงียบสงบพร้อมเครื่องปรับอากาศ อาหารเช้า 18 ยูโรต่อคน เราเลยตัดสินใจเดินไปสตาร์บัคส์แทน

房間很乾凈，早飯比較簡單，酒店周邊都是草地樹林，非常接近大自然，有很大的停車場，公共交通不方便。旁邊有麥當勞
