My stay at Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati was truly exceptional. The hotel offers a peaceful and spiritual ambiance, making it an ideal place to relax after visiting the Tirumala Temple. The rooms were spacious, clean, beautifully designed, and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The staff were warm, courteous, and always eager to assist, providing excellent hospitality throughout my visit. The food at the restaurant was delicious, with a good variety of South Indian and North Indian dishes. The breakfast buffet was fresh, extensive, and well organized. The hotel is well maintained, with beautiful architecture, landscaped gardens, and excellent facilities, including a swimming pool and fitness center. Overall, it offers great value for money and a memorable experience. I highly recommend Marasa Sarovar Premiere Tirupati to families, couples, and pilgrims looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit to Tirupati.

I booked a Family Suite through Trip.com, and the booking was processed via *******. I specifically selected and paid extra (around ₹6,000 / $85) for a package that included breakfast. However, upon arrival at Ramee Guestline Hotel, I was informed that breakfast was not included in my booking. The hotel staff clarified that they received the reservation from ******* without breakfast, meaning the issue lies with ******* as the intermediary. This is highly disappointing and unacceptable from Expedia’s side. Due to this miscommunication, I had to pay an additional ₹1,200 for breakfast at the hotel. Ramee Guestline Hotel handled the situation professionally, but Expedia’s lack of accuracy and coordination caused unnecessary inconvenience and extra cost. I strongly urge Trip.com and especially ******* to ensure that booking details are clearly and correctly communicated. Customers should not have to suffer or pay extra due to backend errors between platforms.

Hotel facilities/location, Staff's customer service and cleanliness/hygiene, and overall experience are excellent. One area that needs complete change is the buffet breakfast management. Morning buffet breakfast was very chaotic and staff managing breakfast lost control. To name a few areas for improvement, when you walk-in, nobody greeted and seated you, nobody served water or explained the buffet, several food bins were empty, breakfast area was very noisy, guests were coming in and sitting wherever they want, etc. So, I recommend that Manager and team be present at the door, control the entry, staff decide which table to seat them, ask if they want water, coffee, etc., monitor and refill bins timely. In ONE word BF team and manager take control and implement smooth discipline.

Ramcharan hotel is good in terms of room space. It is near to Tirumala entrance car check point compared to other hotels which are in the city. The air quality level is good. Breakfast is fresh and tasty 😋. I recommend using it. In a room you will get 2 queen size beds which are good for four people. Parking is there, you will get space, however it is limited. Overall good experience 😃

Located in the heart of vijaywada. Huge spacious rooms. Good room amenities and quality. Cleanliness can be improved a little.

Cleanliness could have been improved bathroom were slightly dirty and dust on surfaces. Staff were very polite and friendly however quite forgetful on what we ordered with food. Overall good stay could be improved with more attentiveness from staff.
