โรงแรมพร้อมอาหารเช้าในกะลิมันตันบารัต อินโดนีเซีย

At first, we were booked into a room which have maintenace being done on top of it, so the was constant banging noise which is very unbearable. So we decided/forced to downgrade to a lower class room (which should be much cheaper). This room should not have been made available in the first place. If we knew the state of the room at first, we would never have booked the room. Not yo mention the room is at the lowest floor of the hotel, thus the windows have no view, just a wall. Very dissapointed with the hotel

Horison lokasinya strategis, pelayanan sangat baik, sangat bersih, fasilitas sangat oke banget, makanannya delicious, sangat cocok jadi destinasi utk liburan keluarga. Namun ada sedikit saran, kursi santai yg sudah rusak kayu kayunya mohon diperbaiki dan mohon disediakan siaran tv lokal utk tv disetiap kamar. Over all good. Nanti kita pasti kembali lagi utk liburan ke Horison.

Toilet clogged on first evening and hotel immediately switch another room for us. Nearby to ligo mitra supermarket, eateries.

The staff here are lovely - very friendly and welcoming. They arranged a taxi to the next town for me and made sure I departed safely. The room has everything you need - kettle, bathroom, WiFi. It is clean, comfortable and safe. The hotel is attached to the mall so very convenient for restaurants and shops. It is only 2km from the airport. I would say it is great for a short stay and I will definitely come back. My only ”complaint” is that the water pressure in the shower wasn't very strong. Apart from that, everything was fine 🙂

The shops situated opposite the entrance & exit of the hotel play very very loud music until 3.00 a.m. We hardly slept on the first night. However, we moved to another room which was facing the swimming pool on the second night and it was very peaceful. Personally, I don't like the switches in the rooms. There should be more switches for guests to control the brightness of the rooms and the bathrooms. Currently, the room is either very bright or I can turn on 2 wall lights (very dim) + 1 night light. The Foyer and Reading switches don't work. For the bathroom, one switch controls all the lights in the bathroom & exhaust fan. Therefore, it's either very bright in the bathroom + noisy exhaust fan or total darkness. I like to see more switches for guests to control the brightness in the rooms and bathrooms. Nevertheless, this is a very beautiful hotel with very friendly staffs. I will definitely come back and stay when I come back to Pontianak.

The hotel good , the aircon is also cold . Everything was fine . Only the downside is im almost trip because one of the tile is actually loose and left a big gap .

Its unfortunate for the new build hotel in the city of pontianak, the room that i stayed in was full of hair. Beside that everything was fine. To the housekeeping team, i think they need to evaluate the whole team so they could improve and this thing wont be happen in the future.

ฉันเพิ่งเข้าพักที่โรงแรมนี้และค่อนข้างผิดหวังกับประสบการณ์โดยรวม ตัวอาคารเก่ามากและต้องการการปรับปรุง สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกต่ำกว่าที่คาดหวังไว้ น้ำร้อนไม่เสถียร และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกพื้นฐานก็ดูล้าสมัย สำหรับราคาที่จ่ายไป ฉันคาดหวังว่าจะได้มาตรฐานที่สูงกว่านี้มาก แต่น่าเสียดายที่การเข้าพักครั้งนี้ไม่คุ้มค่าเงิน

นี่เป็นการเดินทางไปปอนเตียนัคครั้งแรกสำหรับเรา และเป็นเรื่องน่าประหลาดใจ สามารถเดินไปยังใจกลางเมืองได้ และง่ายต่อการคว้า พนักงานเคาน์เตอร์ช่วยเราหารถและคนขับพาเราไปสิงกาวัง ประสบการณ์วันหยุดที่น่ารื่นรมย์ทั้งหมด
