First the service was bad, we ordered 3 french fries and 1 banana fritter at the pool, only arrived 2 french fries ( 1 french fries and banana arrived 1 hour later, they brought in the room). Second, no information about the breakfast policy for kids. After we enter the dining area while the kids having their breakfast suddenly the staff comes and informed us that we must pay extra for the kids. And we said, no information about that, the staff said it is on the breakfast voucher which the font super small and no one can read that. Next time better, but I dont think staying in this hotel again near future. Despite the facility, the service was bad.

Good location with a lot good food around. Requested non smoking room, but when check in they said not available. End up stay in twin bed room with non sea view for first night and move to another room the next day (book for queen room with sea view).

รีสอร์ทอยู่ชานเมือง 20 นาทีจากตัวเมือง ค่าคว้า 20-30 หยวน โรงแรมเก่าไปหน่อย เครื่องนอน และผ้าเช็ดตัวเก่ามากตอนดึงมือจับประตูห้องน้ำก็หัก สภาพแวดล้อมของโรงแรมดีมากมีไม้ผลและนกมากมาย ห้องพักมองเห็นทะเล สระว่ายน้ำก็ดี น่าพาเด็กๆ ไปเล่น

Staff at the front desk, at breakfast and roomservice are very helpful and kind. They're very thrifty on giving towels though. Only 1 big towel per person, so 2 big towels per room. While there is no shower curtain in the bathroom water goes all over the place so the floor gets wet. No small towel to put on the floor. When asked for more towels they would give you only 1 small towel. Asking for 2 towels seems to be a problem. Overall maintenance is really necessary in bathrooms even some beds. However, again, very nice hotel, breakfast is good. Across the hotel there is a supermarket and 2 restaurants.

Fasilitas dan layanan sangat baik ,, cm TV suka ilang siaran ... bersih dan harum kamarnya🙂 sarapannya menu sederhana tp enak ... recomended sih 👍

Bersama-sama dengan keluarga untuk hari ulang tahun keponakan membuat ini sangat menunjang kegiatan kami karena selain berada di utara juga dekat dengan rumah sakit internasional menuju bandara hanya diperlukan 10 menit dari hotel ini dan Transmart hanya 5 menit
