การตกแต่งห้องค่อนข้างเก่าแต่การบริการก็อบอุ่นมากและอาหารเช้าก็เป็นอาหารเช้าแบบอังกฤษธรรมดา~ สำหรับการเดินทางเพื่อธุรกิจ ยังอยู่ห่างจากห้องนิทรรศการโดยใช้เวลาเดินเพียงไม่นาน~ ฉันอยากจะชมเชยพนักงานบริการลูกค้าของ Ctrip ฉันบอกล็อบบี้ว่าฉันต้องการยกเลิกการเข้าพักหนึ่งคืนและล็อบบี้ก็จัดการให้ฉัน แต่บางทีฉันอาจสื่อสารได้ไม่ดีและฉันไม่ได้คืนเงินหลังจากเช็คเอาท์ เป็นผู้หญิงที่ช่วยฉันในการสื่อสารตลอดเวลา และในที่สุดก็คืนเงินให้ฉันสำหรับการเข้าพักหนึ่งคืน ขอบคุณ!

Very convenient for early morning fl8ghts to stay overnight in a comfortable bed with clean modern facilities. Loved the bathroom! Greeted nicely. The restaurant served tasty basics meals. Both bar and coffee drinks. Didn't like the removal of menus and oth8er table items whilst I was eating. I know I was a late customer. But please, after a long travelling day, I just needed some relaxing enjoyment of dinner and coffee.

ทำเลที่ตั้งของโรงแรมค่อนข้างเป็นมิตร เดินไปไหนมาไหนสะดวก สภาพแวดล้อมสะอาดและเป็นระเบียบมาก แผนกต้อนรับส่วนหน้าก็สุภาพและสุภาพมาก ห้องพักสวยงามและมีอุปกรณ์ครบครัน ฉันพัก 3 คืนที่ รวมๆ ห้องคืนแรกไม่มีเครื่องทำความร้อน ผมพักห่างกัน 2 วัน มีเครื่องทำความร้อนแต่ก็ไม่ค่อยว่าง ทางโรงแรมควรปรับเอง โชคดีอากาศไม่หนาวเกินไป โดยรวมผมว่าโอเคครับ ฉันพอใจ

Reasonable room rates, room clean , water hot in bath/shower-food was extremely tasty, and excellent value for money for both evening meal and breakfast. Weather was hot and only improvement would have been to keep complimentary water/juice in foyer topped up as no cool water or drinks available in room.

Reception was welcoming and the breakfast staff were kind, positioned for travelling to the airport, odd place for a hotel among the convention halls but it was cheaper than their sister hotel nearer the airport.

I stayed at the Arden for the UK Games Expo. Despite being rather pricey, it's very convenient to get to the NEC and Resorts World (10-15 minute walk). The leisure centre staff seemed unprofessional, but the receptionist and restaurant/bar staff seemed nice and friendly enough. Room was nearly spotless, aside from behind the TV that were slightly dusty. Our room didn't have a TV remote but a quick call to reception fixed that, they were very responsive. It was a nice comfortable room. I will say the food for dinner is exceptional and highly recommend it!

Really helpful staff. Lovely clean community areas & dining section - good breakfast choices. Fabulous room. Parking needs paying for. MUST take a payment card as proof even if prepaid (bit strange but there you go) if I was solo, I had only cash & my phone and couldn't prove any card details so would have been an issue. Outside of that, great nights sleep and recommend.

On arrival we were asked to pay £10 for parking which seems odd. I could understand if you weren’t a guest, but if you’re staying I don’t understand why you have to pay. Reception was easy and hassle free. Room was as expected. Clean and comfortable. Had to ask for extra teabags, milk sugar as only a couple in the room. Slept well. No noise. Breakfast was excellent Lots of choice and not greasy.

Pleasantly surprised with this hotel. Booked as had a concert in Wolverhampton and this is a little gem of a place. Booked a family room which was a really good size and had outside space which was a surprise.

Check in very prompt and friendly. Room clean and fresh. Had food early evening in the bar/ restaurant. It was ok, crispy chicken burger with chips. Would stay here again as it’s so convenient to departures at BHX, walking distance
