I had a really lovely stay at this hotel and would happily go back. The room was spotless, comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, which made it easy to actually relax. Staff were genuinely friendly and helpful without being overbearing, and check-in/check-out was quick and smooth. The location was super convenient, close to everything I needed but still felt calm. Overall, great value for money and a very easy, pleasant stay.

Excellent customer service for me a disabled solo traveller. All the staff where outstanding but my best big goes to lovely Marianne in the Faraday restaurant so attentive and professional and pro people 💯

Came a long way to stay for couple of days for a wedding. Big reunion w some friends from around the globe. Pros: Hotel is at the great location. Lots of food option at Touchwood Mall opposite the hotel. Hotel food are quite reasonable too. Staffs at the lounge & breakfast are Fantastic. They are friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious and bed are comfy. Cons: Reception should be better. We were attended by Josh during check in and he is not friendly and helpful when few enquiry asked. A friend of mine (a couple) was assigned to a room which AC wasn’t working. And when asked for a room changed, he said its not available. He mentioned that it was an ongoing problem and offered them a fan instead. How is that possible they are still selling a dysfunctional room to a guest when they know its an issue! But if they want an upgrade, they can but they have to pay £13!! I think its bizarre! My friends was stucked to the same room till the end of her stay w a FAN! Overall I am happy with the stay but i need to rant about the room assignment. Its common sense.

For those with early morning flights or late arrivals, the proximity to the airport terminals makes this Ibis an eminently practical choice. In summary, whilst the Ibis Birmingham Airport - NEC won't win any awards for luxury or fine dining, it serves its purpose admirably as an airport hotel. If you're looking for a convenient, comfortable place to rest before or after a flight, this hotel fits the bill perfectly. A sensible choice for airport accommodation.

Receception is very polite and helpful , Very clean and nice room and toilet, hotel is quiet and perfect place for get away!

酒店非常美，又大、服務很好；check in 很方便，一到reception 提供名字就可立刻取房卡；房間很大，乾淨又舒服； 值得一讚的是酒店提供免費泊車，實在太好了🤗🤗 最喜歡酒店大堂及花園，太漂亮了，記得多拍照，留下美好回憶🤗🤗

The hotel is unexpected good ! I was staying during Chinese new year and the reception has a basket of the ‘angpao’ and make me feel warm for that . The hotel room is clean and good view for the sunrise

Convenient if you are attending an hour event or conference in Birmingham ( it is way cheaper) Very basic in every way but it did for me . Birmingham is only 15 mins approx away. The hotel is being refurbished and repainted so the place does look a bit disheveled. Very basic food- evening meal and breakfast but was ok for a one night stay. I would book again because so close to Birmingham but much cheaper.

ฉันไป Warwick เพื่อเข้าร่วมพิธีรับปริญญาของลูกชาย โรงแรมอยู่ในวิทยาเขต Warwick และสะดวกมากสำหรับการไปวิทยาลัยและศูนย์ศิลปะ เนื่องจากเที่ยวบินและรถโค้ชล่าช้าเราจึงมาไม่ถึงโรงแรมจนบ่ายสามโมง ตอนเช้ายังมีเจ้าหน้าที่รอเช็คอินอยู่ครับ ห้องร้อนมาก เพียงพอครับ อากาศโดยรอบดีมากครับ แนะนำครับ
