I recently had the pleasure of staying at a property with truly amazing amenities. The location is very accessible to AyalaMalls Manila Bay, making it convenient for shopping and dining activities. The hospitable personnel made the experience even more enjoyable, offering warm and attentive service throughout my stay. The ambiance of the place is very pleasant, giving a sense of comfort and relaxation. I particularly appreciated the spacious room, which provided plenty of space to unwind and feel at home. Overall, this property offers a delightful combination of comfort, accessibility, and excellent service.

Room waa very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great for one night because we had a flight to catch the next morning. Went to the fish market, the fresh seafood was amazing. Restauranton the 8th floor was beautiful. The pancake sandwich was delicious. Bar manager and waitet could try to smile more. Lady at the frond desk was so polite and offered suggestions for things to do.SM mall is a grab ride away 169p

Check-in: Fast and efficient. The staff member attending to me was wearing a mask, which is understandable for safety, though her voice was quite soft and a bit hard to hear. Birthday Cake & Room Arrangement: The room decoration and complimentary cake were a lovely touch. I appreciated the staff asking if I wanted it delivered to my room. However, since I had two rooms and my mom and sister were in the other room (my mom uses a wheelchair), I requested the cake be delivered there because I planned to go to their room so we could celebrate together and take photos. When the staff arrived, my sister opened the door while I was standing just behind her. They greeted my sister and not me, which caused some confusion. While it was a small miscommunication, it would help if staff clarify who the celebrant is rather than assuming it’s the person who opens the door. Overall, it was a thoughtful gesture. Room Service: Fast and accommodating. One suggestion: for a 5-star hotel, providing more than one jug of water per room would be ideal. Buffet Breakfast: Enjoyable with a variety of options. As someone who has lived overseas, I found the offerings leaning more toward local tastes. While fresh salads were offered, including at least one cooked vegetable dish in the main section would provide a different feel and more variety, especially for those with dietary restrictions. The taho and desserts were delightful and nostalgic. Assistance with Luggage: The staff who helped us were very friendly and accommodating. Rooms: Comfortable beds and pillows. The bathtub, strong shower, and water heater were excellent for relaxation. Toiletries were well-provided. Areas for improvement: the coffee table was shaky, the outside of the shower area tends to flood even with the glass doors closed, windows lacked sheer curtains (so rooms are either very bright or very dark), and the TV is outdated with no streaming options. Overall, the room feels more like a 5-star from 10 years ago—by 2026 standards, it feels closer to 4-star. Staff: Very accommodating and polite. Everyone greets you warmly when passing by. Facilities: Didn’t have a chance to visit the swimming pool or other amenities, so cannot comment. Overall: A pleasant stay with great service and thoughtful touches, but the rooms and certain amenities could use updating to match a modern 5-star standard. Unless there are upgrades, I would rate this hotel closer to 4-star.

โรงแรมตั้งอยู่ใน รีสอร์ท World ตรงข้ามกับสนามบิน เดินจากสนามบินมาที่โรงแรมใช้เวลาเพียงประมาณ 15 นาที ข้างๆโรงแรมมี7-11 และก็มีแมคโดนัล ตรงข้ามโรงแรม มี ห้างสรรพสินค้า ฉันคิดว่ามันสะดวกสบายมากมาย พนักงานที่โรงแรมก็ให้การต้อนรับอย่างดีและที่สำคัญฉันสามารถ check Out late ได้ถึง 14:00 น ฉันชอบมากๆถ้ากลับมาอีกฉันคิดว่าจะมาพักที่นี่ และแถวโรงแรมก็มีคาสิโน ถ้าหากว่าใคร ชอบเล่นคาสิโน ฉันคิดว่าพักที่นี่ จะตอบโจทย์คุณได้ดีทุกอย่าง

We normally stay at this hotel for family staycation. However, this time, it was a bit disappointing. There were a lot of things that really made our stay not enjoyable. 1. Construction noise - no one informed us about the construction. Previously, front desk would inform about it upon check in and they also left a note in our room. But now, nothing. And as a person who works at night, i normally sleep in the morning til afternoon but we were disturbed by the construction noise. 2. Plates, utensils - if you want to borrow 1 set of playe, bowl & utensils, you have to pay Php150 per set, which is so unbelievable! Your room rates aren't cheap & you can't even allow your guests to borrow plates, spoons & fork, which are usually necessity when staying in a hotel. So we just went to the nearby Lawson & bouth 10pcs of plates, spoons, forks & cups for only Php80! 3. Parking- they said 1 room has an alloted 1 parking space but when we had to park, no more available space. You should prioritize your check in guests! And how come the parking is already full when you kept saying you alloted 1 parking space per room. 4. Missing chair- in the pictures, you will see 2 chairs but when we entered the room, there's only 1. 5. Old furniture- their sofa bed is squeekingly old, you can't sleep bec every move, the sofa bed will create noise. Not worth it anymore. Their only redemptions are the king bed, free chocolates & nuts & nespresso coffee.
