I book this hotel as it was near at star city not knowing that i might regret and disappointment it somehow. If you are particular in cleanliness i might suggest book in other hotel. First the bed sheet got yellow stain and hair.
2. The wall got painted falling.
3. Tv was been set up in a Chinese. No netflix ( you need to sign in your own) . Normal tv channel was been not working.
4. The hall way have a smoke smell and some how it go through inside of the room( although there is a humidifier inside of the room you can still smell it.
5. You can hear the noise inside of the room from outside. Seems the wall is a thin like a can. We did not get enough rest as we can hear the noise from the people who use the staire( our room was beside of stair).
6. Bring your own towel. Our room is good for 4 but only 2 towel is available and slippers( if you gonna ask for.extra you need to pay.
7. No fridge, and iron.
8. Our room.was located at 3rd floor and there is a window ( but the window cannot be close. We afraid for our security
9. For food i suggest you to eat outside or order the grab as i see its not find it worth it.
10. Staff is nice and approachable and the guard is helpful to find me a taxi.
11. Upon entering the room and do check the bathroom i notice the tissue roll just 1/4 left . So we buy our own instead cause it seems that its also chargeble.
Over all we did not appreciate and satisfied our stay at the hotel even its just 1 night.
Please take note this is just our opinion as a person who works in hospitality industry and always checking in a 3-5 star hotel.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe place itself is good, but transportation is a big issue. During our 2-night stay, it was the rainy season, and getting around was very difficult. We asked the guard if they could call a taxi or help book a Grab, but they said none were available, which was not helpful at all.
We chose this place because it was advertised as being near BGC, but we couldn’t even go out during our stay due to the lack of transportation and the inability to book rides online.
The management should consider providing a shuttle service for guests, especially during bad weather, to improve the overall experience.
LL O UBooked for an overnight stay, checked in at night around 7pm. Room was okay however, television sensor was not working. They offered room transfer, at first we declined since our baby was asleep. Afterwards, we decided to call for room transfer since we needed white noise for our baby. Next room we got on the same floor, tv was now working but we couldn't finish and understand what we are watching because it was loading every single conversation. We called for assistance and said it was because tv channels was connected in the internet that is why it is loading every single time. (Internet was not fast enough to load tv channels) 🤷♀️He suggested to use youtube or netlix instead. But for netflix you need to log in your own account. Imagine, being settled down and transferred for a television that is not serving its purpose. So dissappointed. As for the facilities, kids play area and gym was ok, although you have to ask for the reception to book you cause they have schedules. They also have an outdoor jacuzzi, all is located at the 2nd floor. Breakfast was okay, limited selection but service was outstanding. Slippers are not allowed, glad they allow us to wear one cause we only wore slippers during the stay. As for the room, paid for 3600plus peso with breakfast already, i would say price was reasonable since we booked it last minute. We booked the standard room with King bed. Basic amenitiy was given, room was clean.
