Overall, we enjoyed our stay at Seda Manila Bay. The hotel is well-maintained, comfortable, and has a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were polite, professional, and accommodating, which made our stay pleasant.
The room was clean and comfortable, and the amenities met our expectations. We also appreciated the overall ambiance of the hotel, which is great for both relaxation and short getaways.

Room waa very clean. Bed was comfortable. Great for one night because we had a flight to catch the next morning. Went to the fish market, the fresh seafood was amazing. Restauranton the 8th floor was beautiful. The pancake sandwich was delicious. Bar manager and waitet could try to smile more. We got a nice stay! My kid is happy and my requested view is superb. Excellent and very accommodating staff. Though there is still no access to youtube and netflix. Wifi connections is strong
Great location in BGC, clean rooms, but noticeable smoke smell and average breakfast
We stayed at F1 Hotel Manila in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) as a family group and found it to be a convenient option right in the heart of BGC.
Pros:
• Location is fantastic — walking distance to Bonifacio High Street, Uptown Mall, and plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops. Perfect base for exploring BGC
• Rooms were clean and comfortable.
• Staff were a real highlight: concierge was friendly and helpful, security and floor staff were exceptionally nice and attentive.
Cons:
• The room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke from the moment we entered — quite strong and unpleasant, especially for non-smokers.
• Breakfast was just average. The food selection was okay but nothing special, the breakfast room felt small and crowded for the number of guests, and there were long queues every morning for the coffee machine. It would have been much better if staff served coffee or added a second machine to reduce the waiting time.
Overall, a solid choice if you want to be right in the middle of BGC’s action and can tolerate the smoke issue (which hopefully gets addressed). The location and staff are the biggest strengths.

CCarmssssIt’s already been a year since we last stayed at B Hotel — can’t believe it’s still exactly the same in the best way possible! The quality of service is still so exquisite, and you don’t have to break the bank for it. All the staff are so pleasant and warm — the only bummer was the limited parking, which made sense because there was a Christmas party in their function room and the lot was totally full. But props to the guard who told us to check in with reception so they could call our room once a spot opened up. Also, overnight parking is free as long as you get your car in before 6am, which was a nice touch.
We told them they could call anytime, even in the middle of the night, since the party would probably end late — and sure enough, they rang around 1am! I had to wake my husband to move the car, but we were just grateful.
The rest was amazing. Walking into our 11th-floor room and being hit with that fresh, nice smell — chef’s kiss. Sheets were spotless, the shower had no water stains at all, and the water pressure was super easy to control. The only tiny thing was a random peanut on the office chair, but otherwise everything was clean and fresh. No outside noise either, so we slept like babies. All toiletries were there as usual too — I was really impressed with how well they keep the rooms up.
Breakfast buffet was good! Some stuff like the fish was a bit too salty for me, but the egg, tocino, and pansit were so delicious. Last year they gave us a calendar when we checked out, so I noticed they weren’t handing them out this time. When reception said our room was clear and we could go, I had to ask if we could get a 2026 one — after a little pause, they gave it to me and I was so happy! Not sure if they forgot or just aren’t doing it automatically now, but it worked out.
Overall, it’s still such an amazing place. We’re already planning to come back by March — can’t wait!

If you value cleanliness and excellent customer service, Mella Hotel is a solid choice.
