ทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยม พนักงานที่น่าตื่นตาตื่นใจ ขนาดของห้องพักมีขนาดใหญ่มาก อาหารเช้าก็น่าทึ่งเช่นกัน พื้นที่ที่ต้องปรับปรุง: มีที่รองรีด แต่ไม่มีปลั๊กไฟฟ้าในห้องรองรับปลั๊กของกล่องเหล็ก

ฉันไม่แนะนำโรงแรมนี้เลย สิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกเก่าและห้องพักรวมถึงโรงแรมมีกลิ่นเหม็นมาก กลางดึก กลิ่นจากเครื่องปรับอากาศและระบบดูดควันของครัวปะปนกันจนเหม็นมาก ฉันเลยขอเปลี่ยนห้องในวันรุ่งขึ้น นอกจากนี้ ผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าห่มก็ชื้นและไม่สบายตัว อาหารเช้าก็มีให้เลือกน้อยและเรียบง่ายมาก

It was difficult to understand what staff were saying. They always seemed impatient even when they were trying to help. It seemed like our room was not what we booked but we did not raise it with staff as it was difficult to communicate in English. Overall poor service and there are better options

Hotel location and product itself good. Service staff all good except front desk. All carried attitute. Not willing to help, provide wrong information and never feel sorry for their mistake. They should learn from your F&B, housekeeping and concierge to be hospitable. From the time check in till out everyday sure got issue with Front desk moody staff. They are very good in covering issues. Amin from front desk was good and settle the issues smoothly but no point if he being the only one. Hope management could take action by sending them for trainings

Amazing hotel in a central location (connected to metro Green line) with friendly staffs. Breakfast was fantastic with lot of variety and options to choose from. Staffs made a special arrangement with a cake since we celebrated our Wedding Anniversary during our stay. Only downside is the hotel seems to be understaffed which becomes visible during the peak hours especially during Check-in and Check-out times.

Great service and clean. Cleanliness is my priority for choosing hotels. Though I've stayed for 1 night, I'm happy with the room. It's in a good location but I was too tired after my meetings to walk out to have drinks or shop around. Would love to come back again in my next trip.

Good place for business travel. I came here for the exhibitions, although it’s a bit far from the exhibition but worthy

โรงแรมสวย & สะอาด ฉันได้ห้องวิวแข่งซึ่งเป็นสิ่งที่ดี สระว่ายน้ําอยู่บนชั้นบนสุดของอาคารที่สองซึ่งมีร้านอาหารหลักสปาและฟิตเนสในอาคารนั้นด้วย สปาและร้านเสริมสวยที่นี่ใช้เอาท์ซอร์สซึ่งก็เยี่ยมเช่นกัน R-Bar สําหรับค็อกเทลยามเย็นก็ยอดเยี่ยมด้วยเบียร์ ไวน์ และวิสกี้หลากหลาย

ถือเป็นสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกและการจัดเลี้ยงที่ครบครันมาก แต่ผมว่าสามารถเพิ่มได้ทั้งอาหารจีน ญี่ปุ่น ไทย และแม้แต่ยุโรป ถือเป็นโรงแรมระดับ 5 ดาวระดับไฮเอนด์ที่เหมาะกับคนจีนอย่างแน่นอน
