We really enjoyed our stay at Le Eminence Hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The food at the restaurant for breakfast and meals was of a high standard. The location of the hotel provides wonderful views of the mountains, especially from the sky lounge. The hotel room was of a good size and it was great to relax on the balcony with amazing views of the hotels garden / grounds and the surrounding mountainside. It was also nice to have a morning stroll through the grounds

Very friend staff. Room size is reasonable. Breakfast is average. No hand towel. Clean room. Opposite a small mall with supermarket n restaurants. Only compliant is that the aircon in my room was not working well and can get hot in the night. A pleasant stay overall.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hilton Bandung, and I must say it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The bed was cozy, the amenities were top-notch, and I genuinely looked forward to returning to the room after a long day. One of the highlights was the fantastic selection of food. Whether at breakfast, in the café, or through room service, the variety and quality of the dishes exceeded expectations, and every meal was a delight. What truly stood out, however, was the outstanding service from the entire team. From the warm and professional staff at the reception counter, to the friendly and attentive team in the café, and even the courteous and welcoming staff at the entrance lobby, everyone went above and beyond to ensure a great stay. Hats off to the Hilton Bandung management for cultivating such a high standard of hospitality. You’ve created a hotel experience that guests won’t soon forget. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Bandung, whether for business or leisure. I will definitely be back!

One of the best hotels in Cirebon with excellent facilities. They have a swimming pool, kids playground area, and fitness area. They also have cafe and bar and lounge area with life music performance. The room is really spacy especially the king bed. Thank you for providing such a wonderful services making a good memory for my family.

Pullman Bandung Grand Central is one of those places that quietly reminds you what good hospitality feels like. From the moment I arrived, there was a sense of calm professionalism that made everything flow easily. The lobby was bright and elegant without feeling distant. The staff were attentive and warm, not in a scripted way but genuinely present. That kind of energy sets the tone for the whole stay. The room was spacious, modern, and peaceful. The bed was incredibly comfortable, the view opened to the city and the hills, and at night the lights of Bandung felt almost poetic. After a long day of meetings and movement, it was the perfect space to slow down. Breakfast was excellent with a wide selection and a touch of local flavor. Sitting by the window with coffee in hand, watching Bandung slowly come alive, became one of my favorite moments each morning.

Stayed 3 nights before Chinese New Year. Front desk Staff were super friendly !! helped me reserve massage appointments and gave very clear instructions from hotel to railway station taking train to airport instead. Hotel outward building look dated with loss paint during day time. F&B director, Mr Bayu did a fantastic job creating good varieties of food, we love the breakfast offered on 9th floor!! the view up there was breathtaking. Overall, congratulations to the General Manager, hope you keep up the good job !! and the good staff! Myself and husband will return ;)

The best, relatively affordable hotel in Cikarang. People are nice, room clean and most important of all, it's quiet and very good place for a good night's sleep.
