The location and view from this hotel is great, the service from the staff here are also excellent, bring our baby here and everything is handled well with the help from the staff.Plenty parking space, swimming pool, children playground, reataurant and many more available here.Near Taman Safari is one plus point from this hotel.

They have the best view!! You can swim in a pool with a very beautiful mountain view! There's a jacuzzi and kids pool too. Breakfast is also very good. Indonesian, Japanese, Western, Arabian, everything was tasty! You can try some activities too, like ATV rides, archery, mini golf, etc. The staff was also helpful, they won't let you walk and have an always-ready free shuttle. You can also have brunch or dinner at the Club Huis or The Lake House, an aesthetic place to eat with an aesthetic forest view. Will definitely come back!

หนึ่งในโรงแรม 5 ดาวที่ดีที่สุดในใจกลางเมืองบันดุง สถานที่นี้อยู่ในระยะที่สามารถเดินไปยังห้างสรรพสินค้า Paskal 23 ได้ เราจองไว้ 3 ห้อง ได้แก่ ห้องดีลักซ์ควีน (ไม่มีอ่างอาบน้ำ) ควีนแฟมิลี่ และคิงแฟมิลี่ ห้องสำหรับครอบครัวทุกห้องมีอ่างอาบน้ำ ขนาดของห้องกว้างขวางแม้กระทั่งห้องดีลักซ์ควีนไซส์ก็ตาม เช่นเดียวกับการจัดเตียงขนาดควีนไซส์ซึ่งสามารถรองรับครอบครัวที่มีเด็ก 2 คนได้อย่างดี ห้องสำหรับครอบครัวมีโซฟา 2 ตัว ซึ่งสะดวกสบายมากสำหรับครอบครัว ห้องพักทุกห้องจัดได้อย่างลงตัวและอยู่ชั้นเดียวกันโดยทีมสำรองห้องพัก วิวสวยมากโดยเฉพาะที่หันหน้าไปทางโพลและภูเขา วิวของครอบครัวคิงไม่ค่อยดีเท่าที่หันหน้าไปทางแม่น้ำสกปรก (วิวแม่น้ำควรจะดีในสถานที่ส่วนใหญ่ แต่น่าเสียดายที่ไม่ได้อยู่ในบันดุง ไม่ใช่ความผิดของโรงแรม) เช่นเดียวกับความพยายามเพื่อความยั่งยืนด้วยการเติมน้ำในขวดใหญ่ขนาด 1 ลิตร หมอนแข็งไปหน่อยและสูงเกินไปสำหรับฉัน เราจองเต็นท์ซึ่งมีเต็นท์ ของเล่น และกิจกรรมต่างๆ ตามที่โฆษณาไว้ - ขอขอบคุณทีมงานนันทนาการ โรงแรมโดยทั่วไปเป็นมิตรกับเด็กมาก และมีสโมสรสำหรับเด็กแยกอยู่ติดกับสระว่ายน้ำ ทางโรงแรมยังมีสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับเด็ก (ชุดพฤกษศาสตร์ธรรมชาติจากนกพิราบ) ข้อเสนอแนะอย่างเดียวคือพื้นที่สูบบุหรี่ไม่ควรติดกับสระว่ายน้ำหรือคิดส์คลับที่มีเด็กอยู่เยอะ ห้องออกกำลังกายมีขนาดกำลังดีและมีอุปกรณ์ให้ใช้งานมากมาย มีการทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์อย่างสม่ำเสมอ อาหารเช้ามีให้เลือกมากมาย หนึ่งในอาหารที่หลากหลายที่สุด ส่วนใหญ่เป็นอาหารท้องถิ่น ค่อนข้างสับสนในการเริ่มต้น แต่ต้องขอบคุณคุณรานีที่แนะนำผู้เชี่ยวชาญให้กับเรารวมถึงเครื่องดื่มร้อนชั้นยอดที่เสิร์ฟโดยบาริสต้าชื่อดังคุณอาโมล อาหารอร่อยมากมีน้ำผลไม้สดให้เลือกมากมาย ซึ่งลูกสาวของฉันชอบมันมาก การปรับปรุงอย่างหนึ่งบนเบเนดิกต์ไข่ที่เราสั่ง โรงแรมมีช่องทาง WhatsApp ซึ่งไม่เพียงแต่ให้คำตอบมาตรฐานหรือแชทบอทเท่านั้น แต่ยังเป็นมืออาชีพมาก รวดเร็วและตอบสนองเพื่อรองรับการเข้าพัก การเปลี่ยนแปลง/คำขอในนาทีสุดท้าย และข้อมูลห้องพัก ขอขอบคุณคุณราเนียและคุณฟาริสสำหรับความช่วยเหลือที่ดีและการตอบสนองที่รวดเร็ว โดยรวมแล้วการเข้าพักที่ดีและคุ้มค่า ขอบคุณ Hilton Bandung สำหรับการบริการและการต้อนรับที่เป็นเลิศ

⸻ Many thanks to all the staff at Neo Hotel for their excellent hospitality and warm friendliness. I booked 8 rooms during our stay, and all of them were clean and well-maintained daily. What I appreciated most was that the rooms felt new, were very spacious, and offered a beautiful city view. The Wi-Fi was stable throughout our stay, and the breakfast menu changed daily, which kept things fresh and interesting. The hotel is also in a strategic location, surrounded by many cafés and restaurants. There’s a small swimming pool on the third floor along with a rooftop-style bar, which adds a nice touch to the overall experience.

All staff include security, bellboys, front desk, waiter, waiteress, cleaner, room service are all very polite, always smile n greet us where ever they passby us…keep it up for the amazing attitude…the room is big n very convenient for us only 1 thing that not really comfortable…the glass wall between bathroom n bedroom not strategic for us even as a family staying there…maybe suitable for husbandwife…maybe might need to install curtain inside the bathroom..

a few times here love the big rooms. price came with bfast and compare to last time, prefer the last time bfast. will come again for sure

Went to Bandung just because of this hotel 😅 perfect for those with young kids cause mostly everything is in this hotel. Both my kids loved it here, the mini zoo has free entry and the kids pool is heated 🤩 Room is big but has basic amenities. There was no view for this hotel but we didn’t mind. Close to Ciwalk mall, and there ware many alfamarts across the road.

We recently had the opportunity to stay at your hotel and overall, I truly appreciate the hospitality and facilities provided. However, I would like to share some constructive feedback regarding the pillows in the room. The pillows were too firm and unfortunately affected the quality of sleep during my stay. For a hotel of Pullman’s standard, I believe it would be wonderful to provide guests with a pillow menu or at least a choice between soft, medium, and firm pillows, to cater to different preferences. In addition, the towels felt rather thin and did not reflect the luxurious standard expected of a Pullman property. For a hotel of this caliber, I believe it would be beneficial to provide options for softer pillows as well as thicker, more comfortable towels for guests. I hope this suggestion can help enhance the overall guest experience in the future. Breakfast ok..
