Rooms, equipments, restaurants are all good. Only reception can’t handle with situation. Many customers do not have ideas to wait and they cut in so often, but reception never warmed them or even let them proceed. Can’t recommend this place otherwise you’ll feel very uncomfortable.

รีสอร์ทนี้ดีมาก ๆ เลยค่ะ ตั้งอยู่ใกล้ใจกลางเมือง และมีวิวที่ดีที่สุดในบรรดารีสอร์ททั้งหมดที่ Sumur Tiga พนักงานก็เป็นมิตรและให้ความช่วยเหลือดีมาก ๆ ค่ะ 😊 ควรขึ้นเงินเดือนให้พนักงานต้อนรับด้วยนะคะ พวกเขาทำหน้าที่ได้ดีเยี่ยมมาก ๆ ในการบริการแขกทุกท่าน หมายเหตุ: (เลือกบังกะโลวิวทะเลหรือบังกะโลริมชายหาด) ถ้าอยากได้วิวที่ดีที่สุด ต้องยอมเสียห้องที่ไม่มีแอร์ แต่ถ้าอยากได้ห้องแอร์จริง ๆ ก็ต้องยอมเสียวิวที่ดีที่สุดไปเช่นกันค่ะ

Staffs are nice , the amenities not bad but quite old. I appreciated the design of this hotel , with beautiful plants and water. The room is relatively basic , there’s coffee maker in the room but they don’t provide coffee grind. Breakfast gots quite a large variety of choices. With this price in Aceh , I’m happy to have had stayed in this hotel.

We’ve chosen deluxe room and it’s fine. Asked for additional bed, they gave us a mattress with bed linen. The deluxe rooms a little small for family of four, so it’s better to choose a suit or double bed suits which may be little expensive, but convenient

Hotel is nice and secluded. Beautiful view, friendly staffs. Room is big. But the toilet is dirty and moldy. Not suitable for wheelchair
