Excellent hotel, good location near the station and football ground. Nice room and great bar which was open late which was handy as we celebrated a very rare Saints win🤪👏👏 Only slight criticism was the breakfast was a bit expensive at £18. Would definitely stay again

Never stayed at a Novotel before but would certainly do so in future. Very comfortable hotel and convenient location. Really good breakfast, sausages really special! Good that I could leave my bag for a while on my departure day. My only slight quibble was that entrance wasn't perhaps prominent enough for pedestrians with luggage.

Was a lovely experience to stay in Ipswich, staff was lovely at holiday inn and was a lovely atmosphere and environment for me and my children for our weekend away so thank you so much for the lovely experience 😊

โรงแรมอยู่ชานเมืองอิปสวิชพอดี พนักงานให้การต้อนรับเป็นอย่างดีและให้ความช่วยเหลือเป็นอย่างดี ห้องพักมีขนาดกําลังดีและสะอาดมาก พนักงานทําความสะอาดห้องเราทําความสะอาดทุกเช้าหลังจากเราออกไปข้างนอกแล้วซึ่งยอดเยี่ยมมากๆ อาหารห้องอาหารได้มาตรฐานสูงมากและมีให้เลือกที่ดีรวมถึงอาหารเจ ในส่วนของบาร์ที่เป็นธรรมชาติ ผ่อนคลาย สามารถสั่งอาหารจากเมนูบาร์หรือเมนูร้านอาหารได้เลย ยังไงก็ไม่มีอะไรมากเกินไป สระว่ายน้ํา ซาวน่า และห้องสตีม ต้องเลย สามีใช้ยิมซึ่งมีขนาดปานกลางแล้วลงมาบริเวณสระว่ายน้ําเพื่อไปใช้บริการจากุซซี่ ถึงเค้าจะมีสปาทรีทเม้นท์ไว้ให้บริการแต่ดิฉันไม่สามารถ comment ได้จริงๆ เพราะไม่ได้ใช้บริการ facility หากต้องการเวลาพักผ่อนหรือต้องการเที่ยวทะเล Felixstowe อยู่ห่างจากโรงแรมเพียง 30 นาทีโดยขับรถ นอกจากนี้ยังมีบ้าน National Trust หลายแห่งให้เยี่ยมชม ครั้งนี้เป็นครั้งที่สองที่เราได้ไปพักที่โรงแรมเบลสตริดและบอกตรงๆ ว่าเราจะกลับมาเยือนอีกครั้ง

Impressive old Mill with working wheel featured inside. We were in the top floor of the main building and whilst not the most up to date bedroom accommodation it was clean and comfortable with workable facilities. Really friendly and helpful staff and great breakfast buffet with both continental and full English breakfast options. Would definitely recommend and worked for us due to location to friends and family. Great value for money.

Basic but great value hotel. Room was clean and comfortable, staff were great and very attentive and helpful, breakfast was a nice bonus and had everything you could want. There were gym facilities that we didn’t use but a cool bonus.

A very foggy cold night after a busy day it was nice to be welcomed by a friendly and informative receptionist. One nights stay room with small balcony overlooking the golf course and an incredible heater. Water pressure in shower is low but water hot The rooms feel they would benefit from being updated a few ******* . *TV remote didn't turn TV off had to get up and pop hand behind set and turn off at socket. **The hair on the bath definitely not mine! **No obvious hairdryer. ***Room Service called twice extn not answered went via reception transferred to the bar salmon cream cheese on brown ordered arrived quickly unfortunately on white bread. Pink G&T delicious. Breakfast. Warm welcome and explanation offered from team. Great variety and the hot food was hot. **** The team brief at the bar perhaps could have been carried out elsewhere. Checkout painless.
