ทําเลที่ดีที่สุด โรงแรมเก่า . เราไปเยี่ยมชมโรงแรมเมื่อวันที่ 24,25,26 ของเดือนธันวาคมและห้องออกกําลังกายสปาปิด ไม่มีที่จอดรถฟรี มีที่จอดรถขนาดใหญ่อยู่ห่างออกไป 5 นาทีโดย Walk (ที่จอดรถกลาง) 7 ยูโรตลอดทั้งวัน ร้านอาหารขนาดใหญ่ บาร์ และเลานจ์ ห้องประชุมใหญ่ บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้า 12,5 pp อาหารกลางวันหรืออาหารเย็น 25£ pp แนะนําเต็ม

Stayed here in March 2026 with my family. Overall below average experience. There was only one passengers lift which was out of service and service lift was very small for a stroller and everyone staying on higher floors were struggling. Outdoor pool was closed due to season but heated pool was also not functional. Staff was not rude but they were not Marriott level, most of the requests were declined without any work arounds. I booked a sew view room and it was very compact, other things were manageable but toilet seat was not. It had very less space that you couldn’t sit properly to poop :) Breakfast options were good. Based on my experience I didn’t feel it like Marriott and I would not be able to recommend this to anyone.

Very good location, easy bus to the centre but also you have very nice less crowded beach just about 5 min walk. Quiet location, local shop about 3 min walk. We didn’t had a view 😅 But I guess you are not coming there to sit in the room. Also very nice and friendly staff!!!

Comfortable hotel near the town centre. The rooms are nice and beds are comfortable. Good breakfast, friendly staff

The room was large and clean; however no room service. Even if you need a spoon or extra toilet roll you need to go downstairs. The staff made it clear to me that this was ''hamptons'' not ''hilton'' so if you expect basic room service dont go here. Also, no one picked up my call at reception when I called at 7 pm (not midnight). Please stay in any other 5/4 start property if you expect that hospitality. I have stayed in Marriott multiple times, but I was never told off by the staff.

We stayed here as a couple and had a mixed experience. The hotel has its charms, but also a few drawbacks. Rooms & Amenities: The rooms were quite small and felt congested, including the toilet where the commode placement was very cramped. The amenities provided were basic — just soap and a combined hair and body wash. Surprisingly, there was no handwash, no refrigerator, and no hair dryer in the room. On the plus side, the room was clean, and we had no issues with hygiene. Staff & Service: The staff were very friendly and welcoming, which made the stay more pleasant. Facilities & Atmosphere: The swimming pool was lovely, and the view from the poolside was amazing, directly overlooking the sea. The lounge area shared the same beautiful view — a great spot to relax in the evening. There was even a small jewelry corner inside the hotel, so beware — you might end up buying a ring or necklace if your partner starts browsing! Other Notes: The lift was possibly the oldest I've ever used — it really felt like stepping back into the 90s, which in a way added some quirky character to the place. Food: The full English breakfast was genuinely very good — one of the highlights of our stay. Overall Value: The pricing was reasonable, but for better value, it would be great if they included essentials like a refrigerator, handwash, and hair dryer in the rooms.

Great location with ample parking on site. Nice indoor and outdoor pools with access to beach and right next to chain ferry. Breakfast service was pretty abysmal. Coffee machines constantly out of service and poor breakfast selection not adequately replenished and mostly cold.

อย่างแรกเลยคือห้องพักสะอาด สิ่งแรกที่ทำให้ฉันมีความสุข อย่างที่สองคือพนักงานเป็นมิตรมาก โดยรวมแล้วเป็นโรงแรมที่ดีมาก สิ่งเดียวที่ฉันอยากได้คือตู้เย็นในห้อง แน่นอนว่าสามารถแก้ไขได้โดยใช้บาร์ที่ชั้นหนึ่ง ถึงแม้ว่าที่พักจะไกลจากสถานี Bournemouth เล็กน้อย ประมาณ 20 นาที แต่ทำเลที่ตั้งก็ไม่ได้แย่เกินไป ดังนั้นหากคุณวางแผนที่จะพักใน Bournemouth ที่นี่ก็คุ้มค่าอย่างแน่นอน

Such a cute hotel, central and close to everywhere but the room could have been much cleanier. The view was remarkable and the staff at the reception were so friendly and helpful. Thank you!

L'acceuil pendant le check-in est à revoir.. Je n'ai pas pris de petit déjeuner, seulement le dîner. Une discussion stérile commence et l'acceuil a en effet constaté qu'il n'y avait pas de petit déjeuner mais que le dîner... Personne explique le fonctionnement de l'hôtel, où se trouve le restaurant pour le dîner, juste demander l'heure pour manger. Je ne me suis pas senti à ma place. 2 bagages en arrivant, je galère pour entrer, personne pour aider... Mon anglais n'était pas top mais je faisais l'effort de communiquer. Par contre les serveurs du restaurant du soir sont gentils, agréables et attentionnés. Bravo Le check-out a été bien mieux et ils étaient compréhensifs. Rien à dire. Sourire était là L'hôtel est très propre , rien à dire.
