I would have given this 5 stars for everything, but there was false advertising. I chose this hotel because it had a sauna. Turns out it has ”access” to a sauna that if 50 euro per visit. I was really irritated about that. However, other then that, it was in a great location and the staff was friendly. Great breakfast.
Location is not bad as it is near to the main attraction in Tallinn. It's also walkable from the Ferry Terminal; actually it makes more sense to walk than to take public transport there. Just a bit of a hassle if you have big baggage with you. The hotel is pretty basic, but very impressed by how advanced it is with online check-in and electronic keys. I was just surprised that I was not allowed to use the gym because my 'package' did not include gym access and additional charges would be required. There's also no water boiler or dispenser in the hotel; they say the tap water is safe for consumption.
The standard room bathroom is in desperate need of a renovation. Old style gradient floor tiles for the shower, with a shower curtain too close if you're a normal sized person. If you need to provide a floor squeegee you know there's a problem.
The room overall is clean and comfortable. Free parking onsite is a plus as it's far away from old town centre. Plan your driving and parking routes and you will likely save on parking overnight at other hotels.
Big shopping centre opposite is convenient.
Couldn't really hear much aircraft noise, probably because it's not a very busy airport, especially at night.
However, got unlucky with the window facing a floor which was very loud when it rained the whole night.
Chose this place just because it was the cheapest option at the moment. The price is good.
The staff is friendly, speaks English fluently, helpful.
The view from window was really great (sea afar, and the beautiful Chinese embassy in front of the building with lots of trees around it).
The only thing that potentially could be better, is if the room had a fridge (but no one promised it, thus it's not a complaint).
Perus hyvä Hyatt hotelli. Siisti, tyylikkäästi sisustettu. Isoin miinus ravintola ja aula. Äänieristys heikonlainen. Mieletön kaiku ravintolassa ja aulassa. Yksi isompi äänekkäämpi porukka illallisella, et kuule mitään mitä tarjoilija yrittää sanoa tai keskustelu toisen kanssa ihan mahdotonta. Et voi nauttia ajasta ravintolassa. Astioiden kilinä ja kolina kuului vastaanottoon saakka.
Annos laatuun nähden aivan liian kallis. Viininleike 29€. Leike (possu) ehkä max150g muutama peruna ja kaksi soossia. Max hinta tälle olisi hyvä 20€. Naudanlihasta tehtynä hinta 29€ olisi ok.
Palvelu ihan loistavaa. Siitä plussat.
Spacious and clean. On the other hand, old and far from center.
But overally it is worthy, valuable

ผผู้เข้าพักErityiskiitos 8 v lapselta tosi kivasta vesipuistosta
ja läheisen puiston isoista puunrungoista, joissa oli kiva kiipeillä.
Aamiainen erinomainen. Ei moitteen sanaa mistään..
MMikeJMJonesThis is a typical 3.5 star European hotel. It is in an excellent location in the middle of the Tallinn Old Town, has comfortable but typically-smallish double rooms, wonderful breakfasts, and warm ac. I would recommend it to couples. However, we would not stay here again. Even though we booked and were fully paid more than 2 months before the hotel stay, we were told on our arrival that our room had been, ”double booked”. We were dispatched to a room with smaller than single beds positioned end to end in a room that resembled a school camp facility. When I suggested that this was unsatisfactory, the front desk person stated in front of other guests, ”That's too bad”. After walking the old town and returning, the manager had placed us in a better room for one night and we then had our pre-booked room for the next three nights. Additionally, the lift does not extend to the 4th floor so it was a struggle carrying large suitcases up stairs and across other uneven floors. Finally at check out, the receptionist insisted that our original payment was rejected by ”their system” so I had to pay again. She withdrew the allegation after I showed her a stamped receipt. She then retorted, ”must have been a system error”. In my opinion, two different staff members could benefit from some serious service-industry professional development. However, other staff were very friendly and helpful; it was a very central location; and the breakfasts were delicious.

ผผู้เข้าพักDear sirs,
Unfortunately arrival to this hotel on Sunday did not went as planned, we booked from you room for 2 adult + our 12 years old son however hotel gave us room
without any kid bed only 2 twin bed and when asked for additional kid bed hotel told that it is not allowed for so small room so this room was not workable at all,
how we could fit that room????
Luckily after long discussion of 45 min we were upgraded to deluxe room with kid bed but we were forced to pay additional charge of EUR 122,-!!!!
Please advice if you can refund us same amount as it was booked correctly ??
Thanks in advacne,

AArun KumarGood Hotel and very nice hospitality and food. The staff in hotel are very friendly. May be food should be multicuisine so that will fit in to the Asian travelers too.
