We had an incredibly disappointing stay at Mercure Namur from 13 August to 15 August . Our experience was ruined by the inconsiderate behavior of neighboring French guests, who made excessive noise past midnight ( between 12:30 until 4:30 am….)Despite the constant loud music, shouting, and banging on the walls, and slamming the doors etc maybe they lost some money at ******. I contacted the front desk , they made noises again after hotel security left. This made it impossible to get a decent night's sleep. We were awaken until 4.30 am . We expected a peaceful stay, but instead, we spent the night in frustration. I hope by bringing these matters to your attention, similar incidents can be prevented in the future ensuring better restful experience for all guests.

Service zwak telefonisch onbereikbaar. Denk allemaal jobstudenten. Bediening bar duurt eeuwig. Niet door onkunde maar door te weinig personeel.. idem ontbijt. Duur ontbijt voor meer dan 20 euro per persoon mag er wel afgeruimd worden . Ham en gerookte zalm van bedenkelijke kwaliteit. Frigosmaak ! Kamer is netjes en ok . Onthaal 1 persoon om je in te schrijven waardoor lange file.wel allemaal even vriendelijk

The hotel is in a good location and most tourist attractions are within walking distance. The place is clean and the service provided was very good. The staff was very welcoming and always smile and greet us. We had a great stay there!

The hotel is very close to Namur city, and less than 1hr ride from Brussels and Dinant. It was a very nice stay

การเข้าพักครั้งที่สองของฉัน ค่อนข้างสะดวกถ้าเราขับรถไปนามูร์ มีร้านเฟอร์นิเจอร์ภายในมากมายรอบ ๆ (คาดไม่ถึง แต่ดี) 10 นาทีโดยรถยนต์ไปยังใจกลางเมือง มีรถประจําทางหลายสายจากเมืองที่จอดอยู่หน้าโรงแรม แต่ความถี่ประมาณ 1 ชั่วโมงขึ้นไป ที่จอดรถดีมากที่โรงแรม ห้องพักดี เก๋ไก๋ และใหญ่ บาร์ก็ดี

Amazing location, and I really appreciated the complimentary coffee and tea at the hotel. They also gave us a €5 voucher to use during our stay—such a thoughtful touch. I’d definitely stay here again if I return to Namur.

De kamer was ruim en voorzien van alles wat nodig was. Het mocht er wel iets warmer zijn in de kamer. Het opzetten van de chauffeur help niet echt. De wellness was ook niet super warm. Het ontbijt was er heel lekker

Service was prima en vriendelijk ! Fietsen veilig kunnen stallen voor de nacht. Lekker ontbijt.

Ibis ตั้งอยู่ในทำเลที่สะดวกจากใจกลางเมืองและเดินต่ออีกหน่อยจากสถานีรถไฟ เราโชคไม่ดีที่ไม่มีอินเทอร์เน็ตซึ่งเราขอเท่านั้น มิฉะนั้นทุกอย่างก็โอเคและมาตรฐานไอบิสตามปกติ

Très bel établissement d’extérieur, bel établissement d’intérieur, chambre sans extravagance . Nous avons voulu dîner le soir, 4 fois le serveur est passé devant nous sans nous adresser la parole pour nous installer. Nous sommes partis ailleurs. ATTENTION , la taxe de séjour à Namur et de deux euros à peine, 1,25 € d’après Internet, L’Hotel se permet de prendre une taxe sur la taxe de 4 euros par personne au lieu de 1,25€. ILLÉGAL ET ABUSÉ malgré que je leur fasse remarquer. Petit déjeuner correct, mais il ne vaut pas plus de 11 €, donc de 14 € est un peu abusé aussi.
