We were there as a group of 12 for a basketball tournament. The facility looks great from the outside and the lobby area. However the rooms are old and outdated. My main recommendation is that if you book this hotel on the weekend make sure your room is nowhere near the Grizzly Bar. They have Salsa Night on Fridays and it was packed. The vibe looked really fun but if your room was near the bar, the music kept you up until 2:30am.

This hotel felt like something out of The Shining. It was extremely old, dirty and run down. We rented a non smoking room in the tower and our room smelled like smoke and was in a 2 story building. The only “tower” that was on this property was a 3 story building and no part of this hotel looked as if it had been updated since it was built. The shower reminded me of a shower in a travel trailer with its plastic cover and low ceiling. There was a sliding glass door that had a hook as a lock. The only good thing was we could park right outside the sliding glass door and be able to see our car during the night. I would never stay here again and I would tell anyone that is considering it…RUN

This is an old property and it’s seen it’s better days BUT I have always appreciated the NW hotel chain so I opted to stay here. Staff was super friendly which helped to make up for the aging facility.

Had a water leak in the room shortly after entering. Moved out our luggage so it could be addressed or we could be moved. We asked to be called with updates while gone but weren’t. When we got back we were told it had been fixed and so we grabbed our luggage and went back to the room to find the ceiling open, tools, and towels on the ground. Went back to the front desk to figure out what is happening. The changed our room but when we got there we saw it had one bed for 3 people. I called the desk about it and they brought up a rollaway. Never offered any compensation for any of it.

The room was run down. The room temperature was HOT (74 in the winter) and the only way to cool it down was by opening the first floor balcony door. It was miserable night sleep.

The front desk staff were very kind and helpful. However the entire place needs an overhaul. The room is old, with worn spot in the carpet, hair dryer didn’t work and the restaurant down stairs was pretty awful, again with nice staff just bad food

This hotel needs to be completely renovated and updated. Broken lamp shade, no power accessible for laptop, uncomfortable bed. Very long walk to room and confusing directions to room. Slow staff at front desk with staff in back not willing to come out to help. Breakfast was plain with limited choices and no coffee remade.
