Property needs to remodel and update. Really old rooms. Phone lines in rooms do not work. Couldn't even call front desk. Had to use my cell phone to call front desk.

Not much choice in places to eat nearby without a car. Aside from that, this hotel was satisfactory. OK for staying overnight waiting for a flight.

Not as close to airport as you would think—15 minutes+. Shuttle comes every 30 minutes. Staff was great! Good deal. $5/day parking at hotel.

The shuttle van is completely unsafe to drive, The driver had to constantly fight the wheel to keep it in the lane. The engine only runs on 7 cylinders, the ABS light is on, The check engine light is flashing, the rear differential is making horrible sounds. I complained to 2 different people about this with no response or concern. You also charged me $10 for a ride to the airport. No restaurant or bar and your prices for the room is way to high for what i got.

Garbage bag in the bathroom was dirty and a black stain at bed sheets. It looks like lots of hotels lately are lucking detail cleaning.

The front desk clerk was amazing and helpful. The guest clothes washing area needs updated. The machines take quarters. So finding quarters was a bit of a pain. Most updated facilities take debit cards or have a change machine.

Staff were welcoming and check-in was smooth. Breakfast was good in the morning but our sheets were stained and the bathroom wasn’t in great condition/cleanliness.
