NICE HOTEL, GOOD SERVICE , STAFF IS VERY COOPRATIVE , VERY CLEAN ROOM , N HOTEL, ROOM FACILITY IS VERY GOOD

Room is big and clean, food was great at the restaurant, there was one lady at the reception called May she was amazing and helpful, pool was good and big The only thing missing in this hotel is having some activities especially after pool closed Otherwise the trip were great

It was amazing stay and great staff Food was good The arabica night was awesome

It was an amazing weekend with my family, the staff were very nice ad they upgraded my room to the top category room just for small issue, they allow me to do late check out until 4, overall amazing place definitely will go back again and again

Definitely enjoyed our stay in JA LAKE VIEW HOTEL. Room was spacious and clean. Very much recommended! 👍🏻

Breakfast in 81 restaurant need to be more diverse Boggy need to be more available as average waiting time 8-10 min Kids club to be free for all ages and closing time is from 1 PM to 3 PM which is not suitable and inconvenience for most visitors Other facilities like steam, Jacuzzi are not available

Wish kids club to be free for all ages not limited to above 4 only and charge was expensive Also buffet in 81 restaurant was expensive

其他都很好，衹是房間有點太大，過於空曠，有點睡不着。對於喜歡住大房間的也許是有點。早餐略微有點寒磣，基本重甜食。感覺還不如快捷酒店Rove的標準高

Like: -Big green area -varied food - the new hotel building Dislike: -horse feces in the sea and on the beach -bathing horses in the sea, where swim people -there is not enough children's area in the hotel building -there is a port near the hotel -far from the shops

They provide high standards welcome and trea**ent during all stay. From the moment you arrive till end of your stay you are well looked after be it at check in, check out, at breakfast restaurant, at the beach, by the pool, there is always somebody attentive to your needs. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. JA resorts been our favorite spot for the last 38 years and we will continue to go there.

First of all i really like the place and the environnement with a good vobs and fun I appreciate all the waters riswah & gliston and kashow they gave very good services taking care of everyone without even asking really thank you guys I would like to visit the place soon
