We had an excellent guide Sumi! She was so helpful and informative and looked after our family the whole day . We had a great experience, however the roller coaster was not included in the itinerary as shown .

Excellent organization. They sent precise directions to the bus stop and the bus number via WhatsApp. There were two stops along the way, where you could go to the restroom (for a fee of 3,000 rubles) and grab a bite to eat. In Sapa, a free shuttle took you to the hotel. The downside was the air conditioning on the bus was so loud that I had to wear all my warm clothes.

This was my first time participating in this type of tour! It was a great experience. Vietnam is truly beautiful. I'll definitely plan to do it again next time if I have the chance (^_^*)
