The idea of a day trip to the Mekong River was a whim. The local guide was fantastic and took us to various attractions. My favorite was the coconut boat trip, which made me feel like I was in the Amazon rainforest. We stopped at some places like coconut candy and honey, but we weren't forced to shop. The guide saw that we had no intention of buying, so we continued our shopping. The guide's name seemed to be Lem, but I'm not sure if that's how he got along. He talked a lot about Vietnam's culture and history, which was very informative. We chose an English lunch for over 80 yuan, which included a light meal. It was super cost-effective.★

This was the best tour! We had a great time! Included were transfers from Ho Chi Minh City, a fruit breakfast and a hearty lunch, a visit to a zoo with crocodiles and other animals, photos with a large snake (they let you put the snake on your neck), and a boat ride on the river (you and a friend can share a boat, which is really nice and cool because you can take photos. I've noticed that other tours put up to five strangers on a boat).★

Great experience starting from transport, to Chu chi tunnels, shooting, lunch and finally the Mekong river with some great honey tea, fruits and boat ride. Even with parents as old as 75, the experience was greatly planned by Ires and team. Thank you ✌️★
