The travel agency contacted us through the platform and later added us on WeChat to discuss the itinerary and arrange insurance. That day, we visited Dianchi Lake (including a drive through Sea Stem Park), Stone Forest, and Kunming Old Street. We booked a driver, and Driver Zhang was very friendly and punctual, providing us with bottled water. After the Stone Forest tour, he took us to a restaurant for dinner and introduced us to Kunming's unique local dishes, which was very impressive. We originally planned to return to the hotel after the tour, but changed our minds and decided to visit Kunming Old Street. Driver Zhang was very accommodating and flexible, and we were very satisfied with the entire trip.★

I had a great time on this visit, the communication was very easy and prompt to arrange the pickup at my hotel. The driving was smooth and my driver Joe helped with where to purchase the ticket at the attractions and offered suggestions on where to eat etc. The car was spacious and comfortable with water and charging points. I would highly recommend this if you want a smooth trip to the forest and caves which were both well worth the visit.★

It was a pleasant experience. The driver, Ms Chen, was friendly and accommodating. The ride was comfortable and also smooth-sailing for most parts of the ride. We travelled as 4 adults and 1 child, and the seats were wide for long journeys. Recommend anyone to consider them if going to Stone Forest and Jiuxiang. P.S. Jiuxiang is really challenging to climb because there are many steps to climb up and down. Please be prepared to climb up and down many many steps.★

Had amazing conversations with Mr Lin both to and from our location, making it a memorable trip. Car was clean, fresh and new. Tour was pretty well paced and the place was worth to visit! No regret at all. The tour operator was prompt and patient in answering every question. So I booked two more day tours with them for our stay in Lijiang.
