Price: Very cheap for a 4-star hotel. Good value for money.
Location: Quite far, located in the an Naseem area, but like the vive there.
Shuttle bus : very excellent and very punctual.
Room: Overall okay, but the toilet is quite small.
Breakfast: Has a good variety, but the menu is almost the same every day. I stayed for 7 nights and ended up eating nearly the same items daily.
Staff: Generally okay, but there was a serious incident that affected my stay. One night, a bellman attempted to open my room door 2–3 times. Fortunately, I had engaged the inner lock, so he was unable to enter fully. He was accompanied by other outsiders, which was a clear breach of guest privacy and safety.
I immediately made a complaint to the reception. They offered a room upgrade, but the room change process took a very long time. I waited from before Maghrib until after Isya, and eventually had to go to the reception myself to follow up.
Wi-Fi: After changing to the new room, the Wi-Fi signal was very weak. I had to sit near the lift area just to get a stable and stronger internet connection, which was very inconvenient.
Overall the hotel staff & receptionist services was very great. Unfortunately, we had bad experiences with the Majlis Restaurant & Cafe Staff services. They force us as the guest of the Raffles for any order with specific minimum order and payment, even though the time we visit is around 9.30 pm (local time), after the dinner.
Please take the act as appropriate for any staff that not provide good service and humble to the Hotel Guest.

AAhmed111The hotel is walking distance from harram and the breakfast was really good only in the biggining they had a problem to find my booking and it was bit slow but everything else was good
