The spa is quite basic with a steam room and sauna, indoor swimming pool is not heated which a bit of a shame for this weather. Feel like the spa area and the pool should be separated with different tempera.
Food from the restaurant is great, just feel like it’ll be more amazing if they do room service not take away.
It’s great it’s nearby a beach although the view wasn’t that amazing, but maybe it’s not the season ( February)
Will be great to have a kettle in the room.
Review for Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa
I recently stayed at the Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa and had an overall positive experience but felt there were areas where improvements would enhance the stay for future guests.
Pros:
• Location: The hotel’s location is serene, offering beautiful ocean views, peaceful mornings with birdsong, and breathtaking sunsets. Although it’s about a 30-minute drive from Lisbon, the tranquil environment makes it worthwhile for those seeking a break from the city.
• Design: The hotel is beautifully designed, with luxurious public areas and comfortable rooms. My room included a pleasant balcony overlooking the golf course, adding to the relaxed ambiance.
Areas for Improvement:
• Housekeeping: Room cleanliness could be significantly improved. Upon arrival, I noticed dust, hair, and a dirty carpet that became apparent with closer inspection. The bathroom could use more thorough cleaning, especially in removing any buildup on fixtures and seals. Addressing these details would make a noticeable difference.
• Maintenance: Some minor repairs are needed. For instance, one of the door hangers was broken, and while the shower had great water pressure, the seals could benefit from a refresh. These small updates would enhance the overall quality of the rooms.
• Amenities: The hotel provides two bottles of water daily, but there was one day it was missed. When I asked about it, I was simply directed to drink tap water, which was surprising. A more consistent approach to these amenities would be appreciated.
• Breakfast Experience: While the breakfast selection was generally good, the pastries could be of higher quality. Additionally, some items, like the omelet station and honey, were placed at a distance from the main breakfast area. It would be helpful for staff to inform guests about these stations to improve accessibility.
• Attention to Details in Public Areas: I also noticed that the water dispenser in the lobby bar could use more frequent cleaning, as it showed signs of buildup.
Overall Recommendation: The Crowne Plaza Caparica Lisboa has a lot to offer with its beautiful setting, comfortable rooms, and peaceful atmosphere. With improvements in housekeeping, maintenance, and attention to guest needs, it has the potential to deliver a truly memorable experience. A localização do apartamento é perfeita, em frente ao mar, com acesso direto à praia e à piscina, ideal para uns dias de descanso. No entanto, os serviços deixam muito a desejar. O apartamento não dispõe de qualquer tipo de amenities, como, garrafa de água, café ou outros produtos habitualmente disponibilizados em alojamentos 4 estrelas.
Apesar de ter uma máquina de café e uma máquina de lavar loiça, não havia sequer uma cápsula de café ou detergente para a loiça. Também não existia um escorredor para secar a loiça lavada à mão. Solicitei por duas vezes, tanto por telefone como presencialmente, um par de chinelos e detergente para a máquina, mas nunca chegaram a ser entregues. Cheguei mesmo a deslocar-me à receção (que fica noutra estrutura) durante a noite, onde me garantiram que seriam entregues na manhã seguinte, o que não aconteceu.
Em resumo, o apartamento é amplo e bem localizado, mas a ausência total de serviços e a falta de atenção aos pedidos dos hóspedes tornam a experiência bastante desapontante. Uma pena, pois o espaço tem muito potencial.
Para um Hotel de 5 estrelas achei que as instalações eram de um hotel de 4 estrelas .
Este hotel está a precisar de uma remodelação, quer nos quartos, quer no restaurante Salinas, onde são servidos os pequenos almoços.
O chão do quarto onde fiquei alojada, tem um revestimento já bastante desgastado, e o sofá está a precisar de ser substituído.
Quanto à sala do pequeno almoço, as cadeiras estão praticamente todas com os estofos em baixo.
Na minha opinião, deveriam investir na renovaçao das infra-estruturas, porque o Hotel tem uma localização excelente.

Os funcionários foram de uma maneira geral muito simpáticos.
O quarto superior é pequeno, assim como o wc mas suficiente. O minibar é super silencioso, a mangueira higiénica tinha a pressão um pouco descontrolada. A sonorização para o corredor e para o exterior não é a melhor mas também não é muito má, mas dos outros quartos não ouvi qualquer ruído.
O SPA a piscina é pequenina, controlam a lotação com pre reservas e as crianças pequenas só podem frequentar de manhã.
O ginásio tem algumas máquinas, suficientes para trabalhar os grandes grupos musculares.
O pequeno almoço é variado, a meu ver falta o típico pão alentejano, no primeiro dia os ovos mexidos tinham um aspeto muito ressequido, no segundo dia já tinham bom aspeto, acho de mau tom as 10h em ponto começarem os funcionários num alvoroço a recolher mesas e a condicionar o acesso apenas a uma parte do buffet, iniciando as limpezas e já não reponham nada.
Foi uma estadia agradável.
AAna Cláudia Mouro DiasDeslqouei-me ao Hotel com a minha mãe para passar o fim-de-semana do seu aniversário e adorámos. As instalações bem como os quartos são bem decorados e a simpatica dos funcionários é de ressalvar. O espaço exterior é bastante agradável.
O pequeno-almoço é muito variado contudo fomos com meia pensão que incluia o jantar dando apenas uma opção de peixe ou carne na ementa, deixando a opção do cliente limitada.
De qualquer das formas, a avaliação geral é bastante positiva, tencionando por esse motivo repetir a experiência.
