El hotel está muy bien ubicado y el personal es muy amable. Lo malo es que en época de lluvias, huele a atarjea en las habitaciones y, en nuestra habitación, había una gotera.

We stayed here for 4 nights and had a great time. The hotel is located slightly outside of the city center, but that’s perfect for us because we had a car and didn’t want to drive in the Santa Cruz district (I highly recommend you don’t try drive there!!). The staff were great and the hotel amenities were amazing, especially the jacuzzi. Special thanks to Davide Pietro at the reception desk who was extremely helpful and kind.

Location is the best point about this hotel, really near to the city center (old city) and lot of turistics points such as the cathedral, Giralda and Real Alcazar (around 7min by foot) and Plaza de España is 20 min by foot. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. Breakfast is not available but there is a coffee shop at the first floor and also cafeterias surrounding the hotel. The bedroom was comfortable ans celan. The size of the room is ok for 2 nights. The only point is the bathroom, the walls are made of glass and it is transparent...as a suggestion, I would like recommend to put some material not transparent to allow more privacy (when you are travelling with someone else).

ฉันมาถึงก่อนเวลาและฝากกระเป๋าไว้ที่โรงแรมในขณะที่ฉันทำธุระส่วนตัว พอกลับมาก็พบว่ากระเป๋าของฉันถูกวางไว้ในห้องแล้ว ห้องมีกลิ่นหอม (แม้ว่าฉันจะกังวลเล็กน้อยว่าโรคหอบหืดของฉันอาจกำเริบขึ้น แต่จริงๆ แล้วไม่ใช่) เตียงนอนก็สบายมากเช่นกัน และที่ตั้งก็ไม่พลุกพล่าน ทำให้ถนนรอบๆ สะดวกดี ห้องอาบน้ำก็ยอดเยี่ยมและใหญ่มาก! ฉันเลือกที่นี่เพราะอยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟและต้องเดินไปพร้อมกับสัมภาระของฉันที่นั่น แต่ใช้เวลาน้อยกว่า 10 นาที

This is a world-class hotel, exceptionally well-maintained and kept in excellent condition. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service. The housekeeping is among the best I’ve experienced in Spain. Public transportation is conveniently available nearby. Overall, it’s an excellent hotel and highly recommended.

還可以，訂的三人間，是一個雙床房加一個小床，大概國內四星級酒店水平。離阿爾罕布拉宮可以坐公交車上去，打車5歐，不過我們是一路走上去的，要一直爬坡，走了40幾分鐘，風景不錯。酒店對面就是一個家樂福express，華人開的，很方便，買了火腿和沙拉菜自己做了拼盤吃。 酒店地下停車場15歐一天，比老城價格低一些。

Las instalaciones están bastante bien, la piscina no es muy grande pero aceptable,la comida haber no está mal pero podría estar mejor y un poco más de variedad,las habitaciones está muy bien y buenas vistas lo malo fue que se me pasó poner para no fumadores y olía mucho a tabaco no la intente cambiarla porque nos gustararon mucho las vistas,la animación no está mal pero está un poco o quizás mucho pensada para el turista Francés que por cierto había muchos por eso será,por lo demás 3 días de relax...

ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่นี่อย่างแน่นอนเพราะทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมและสะดวกแค่ไหนที่จะมาถึงโรงแรมจากสถานีรถไฟ โรงแรมทําให้ฉันรู้สึกสบายมากเพราะมีความสวยงามและที่สําคัญกว่านั้นคือความสะอาดโดยรวมของห้อง เจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกก็ช่วยเหลือดีมากในการให้คําแนะนําและเสนอให้เรียกแท็กซี่ให้ฉัน
