Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The service, especially from Maria, Cristina, Ricki, and another helpful gentleman whose name I didn't catch, made us feel completely at home. Our room was new, clean, and spacious, providing a peaceful retreat. Just a short 5-minute walk to the Alhambra Palace, the location is ideal. I highly recommend this hotel for its outstanding service and serene environment!

Staff were very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Also the gave us detailed information on the tourist areas and bars in town.

We travelled with two other couples, and definitely had the best room. The allocation of rooms seems to be a little random but, speaking for ourselves, we had no complaints as we were given an upgrade on arrival and had a bedroom with an unexpected adjoining sitting room, and a jet bath. The hotel staff were helpful and friendly, the bed was comfy (though we had to climb onto it!) and the rooms/bathroom were very clean. The hotel itself is the star of the show - with its beautiful little courtyards, roof top area (pool closed in December)  and labyrinthine tunnels; by the end of our stay we had managed to get back to reception without getting lost!  We'd definitely recommend at least one stay in the hotel as a quirky experience in a beautiful part of town within easy access of many of the main tourist sights in Seville.

Bonjour, Ok, dans l'ensemble, le 6/10 est la note idéale...joints dans la douche qui se décolles, traces d'humidités vieillissantes et noir dans la douche, dans l'ensemble assez propre, les installations high-techs sont bien mais aussi vieillissantes, ex : la télévision beuk, ainsi que le WC ”intelligent” qui s'ouvre, se ferme, se nettoie tout seul la nuit, et surtout une très mauvaise literie où, vous vous enfoncer, dès que vous vous coucher ! impossible de vous retourner ou bouger ensuite !! Ça c'est le pire ! Dans l'ensemble, ben, vous en avez aussi pour votre argent, quand vous réserver, vous savez que vous n'allez pas non plus dans un 4 ou 5 étoiles !!! Dommage pour le personnel qui est vraiment super sympa, et là 10/10! Un + également, nous sommes arrivés après minuit, après les heures officiels d'enregistrement, nous avons téléphoner prévenant de notre retard, et bien gentiment une personne à l'accueil est restée pour nous recevoir !! ฉันมีความสุขกับการเข้าพักที่นี่อย่างแน่นอนเพราะทําเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมและสะดวกแค่ไหนที่จะมาถึงโรงแรมจากสถานีรถไฟ โรงแรมทําให้ฉันรู้สึกสบายมากเพราะมีความสวยงามและที่สําคัญกว่านั้นคือความสะอาดโดยรวมของห้อง เจ้าหน้าที่อํานวยความสะดวกก็ช่วยเหลือดีมากในการให้คําแนะนําและเสนอให้เรียกแท็กซี่ให้ฉัน

My stay at Catalonia Granada was comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel is modern, clean, and very well located — close to the city center and only a few minutes by car from the Alhambra Palace. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, always ensuring guests’ comfort, and the breakfast was varied and delicious. However, I have one small comment: the room I was given was located down a few steps, which was a bit inconvenient since I was traveling with a baby and a stroller, and I had to carry it every time I entered or left the room. Overall, it’s a great hotel that I highly recommend to anyone visiting Granada, and I would definitely stay here again.

El hotel está ubicado en un sitio fantástico cerca de la estación de autobuses plaza de armas , cerca del centro histórico y vistas al río Guadalquivir , el personal del hotel es amable y Manuel el recepcionista que me atendió al marcharme fue muy atento y amable y tratar con personas así da muy buena impresión y te hace el día bonito , en el hotel y habituación hay una limpieza impecable , muy tranquilo , tiene piscina y más comodidades pero yo no pude hacer uso por falta de tiempo muy probablemente repetiré pues tengo que bajar un fin de semana si o si a Sevilla y hasta ahora es el hotel que más me ha gustado . Gracias me he sentido a gusto ! 😊🙏🏻
