Nice staff and rooms. The location is a bit far from the center but easily walkable if not too hot. Only complaints are: fitness center’s only weight machine was broken. This could be easily fixed but it sat there taking up space but unusable; second, we checked the box for quiet room far from elevator and received a room next to the elevator so we heard guests all night and rumble of elevator whenever in use.  Want to give them all 5 out of 5 but cannot overlook these disappointments.

On a passé une nuitée à Los Amigos en mois de décembre. Le mersonnel était gentil et bien accueillant, l'installation du lit pour mon bébé était faite en temps record. La chambre, la cuisine et le séjour étaient parfaitement propre. Notre chambre avait une vue sur piscine, c'était fascinant. Un restaurant et un supermarché juste à côté dans le même batiment. Je recommande.

Awesome hotel with cool amenities, the room was spacious and clean. Amazing buffet with lots of food selections - worth every penny spent! The gym was a little small but great for small workouts to start the day.

it’s a really nice place in Granada The reception is super nice,a girl named Claudia offered me a map when was checking in the first day! The place have a super good location,very near from many famous churches,walk around or travel for staying 3-5 days is totally enough! Floor C,where have a perfect view especially from noon to night,it’s really nice staying these 3 days,love here and love Granada

5성급 호텔이고, 멀리서도 잘 보이는 초고층 럭셔리 호텔로 랜드마크. 하지만 운영에는 신경을 더 많이 써야 할 것 같아요. 2일 동안 투숙했는데, 두번째 날에 물을 주지 않어서 전화를 하려고 했는데, 전화기가 작동을 안해서 프론트에 내려가서 노티스를 했어요. 직원이 금방 올라와서 점검하더니, 수리가 안된다고 교체해 주겠다고 했는데. 그 이후로 감감 무소식. 그런데 밤 3시 경에 화장실에 가려고 일어났는데 전등이 켜지지 않았어요. 무슨 일인가 하고 놀라서 프론트에 내려걌더니, 자기들도 잘 모르겠다고 미치겠다는 표정이었어요. 어쩔 수 없다는 표정. 관리 쪽에 무슨 문제가 있는 듯이 보였어요. 시설 유지 쪽에서 엄청난 비용 절감 노력이 있다고 느꼈고, 직원들이 그 뒷감당을 하느라 노력하는 모습이었어요. 호텔 차제는 고층에다가 전망도 너무 좋아서 방에 들어가면 파노라마 시야가 펼쳐집니다. 영화에서 보는 멋있는 호텔 필이죠. 시내까지 거리는 멀어서 스페인 광장까지는 택시를 타야합니다. 버스를 타려고 했더니, 시내 골목길이 너무 많아서 버스가 들어갈 수 없는 관계로 멀리 내려서 어차피 걸어가는 거리가 멀어집니다. 대성당까지는 좀 걸으면 되구요. 초기 투자는 많이 했는데, 실제 운영에서는 투자가 부족한 느낌의 호텔입니다.

Hotel was clean and cool. Helpful staff on reception. The pool was suitable for small families and the breakfast was great with a wide range of western food and Cava on free flow. Very close to the beach. Room had a few issues, ants, lots of them and the shower blocked up when using it, the shower also went from cold to hot continuously.

Good relation price to quality. The hotel has a SPA section, although you have to book it in advance for a specific hour in order to use it.

Very good location, great breakfast and nice and kind staff. If you go there by car keep in mind that the hotel does not have their own parking/garage. Either you use their valet service but that takes time or you park your car in the parking lot of Alhambra, which is approx 200 meters away.

Apartamento nuevo,limpio y muy equipadoTenia TV,ventilador techo y a/ tanto en comedor como en habitación.También disponía de lavadora y lavavillas.Cerca paseo marítimo....sin duda un lugar muy recomendable
