The only positive thing about this hotel were the room, big and spacious, and the location, super central. Although the moquette is unhygienic.
I always appreciate a luggage rack but one in a room for 2 people is ridiculous.
We also got unlucky with the bathroom as the shower curtain was mounted wrong so taking a shower meant creating a lake in the bathroom.
The hotel is not very well organised, we had to wait a lot to check-in and when it was finally our turn, even though the room was ready, we would have had to pay to check in earlier for mere 50 minutes. Embarrassing.
We left the luggages and came back later and had to queue again with all the guests that had just arrived, for more than half an hour. We only needed the key cards, we already did all the paperwork.
They preauthorised 50€ per night on our cards, in case we wanted to use the room service or the restaurant, which we explained we didn’t. And if you looked at the room service menu, you wouldn’t want to as well..
I would expect a famous chain like the Hilton to know that “Taglietelle Carbonara” doesn’t exist, it’s “Spaghetti carbonara” or “Rigatoni alla carbonara”.
Furthermore “Spaghetti bolognese” doesn’t exist as well, it’s “tagliatelle bolognese”.
There’s a pool but it’s unclear if it’s available to every guest. The staff is not keen on divulging information.
It would be nice if more of the staff would be able to speak English (and maybe a third language) as a lot of the guests are tourists from other countries.

Wir waren mit verschieden Kollegen für einen Kongress in der Stadt, das Hotel ist ein sehr schönes Boutique. Hotel mit einer sehr angenehmen zentral gelegenen Bar, schöne Zimmer, leider war der Spabereich in Renovierung. Auch das Hotel Restaurant ist hervorragend, die Lage ist zentral. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen!
Alles okay, sehr sauber, freundliches Personal. Es war etwas schade, dass das Hotel als supertoll renoviert angepriesen wird, die sogenannten Standardzimmer aber auf dem Stand von 1990 sind. Alles sauber, alles funktionsfähig, alles okay, gutes Bett, aber kein renoviertes Hotel.
We changed the room with the Frauenkirche view to a bigger room 300(39 m2). However the bathroom door is shared with the cupboards. That disturb the other when one goes to toilet in the night. The door makes noise and lights from the bathroom wakes up the other. These for 3 nights we didn’t sleep well. The elegant Grand cafe close by is wonderful in the evening for drinks.
Zimmer sind okay, ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen. Minibar ist kostenlos.
Leider kein Restaurant und die Hotelbar ist auch nur eine Notlösung.

I was exhausted that day so it was super good that the hotel is 1-minute walk from the station! If you want to go to the city center (shopping street or St. Thomas church), it's only a simple 10-15 min walk. A smiley and kind blonde lady checked me in, she was really helpful and genuine. As for the room, it was modern and clean. Highly recommend!

Eigentlich braucht hier gar nichts mehr hinzuzufügen.
Eine super Lage zum Leipziger Hbf und zur Stadtmitte machen schon mal die volle Punktzahl aus. Der Empfang freundlich, informativ und ein Willkommensgetränk. Eine sehr gut möblierte Suite, da fühlt man sich wohl. Das Frühstücks Buffet vielfältig und von guter Qualität. Freundlich und umsichtig agierendes Personal. Schneller unkomplizierter Checkout.
