The hotel is near the airport. They provide free shuttle service to and from the airport. The shuttle runs till late at night. Breakfast was mediocre. Overall a good transit hotel.

The comfortable beds and high-quality bedding ensure a great night’s sleep after a long flight. Each room has everything needed for a pleasant stay, and the soundproofing helps you truly relax. The staff is polite, attentive, and professional — always ready to assist with any requests and making guests feel genuinely cared for. The breakfast is also worth mentioning: it’s delicious, varied, and included in the stay. Overall, Hampton by Hilton Guarulhos Airport offers a perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and high service standards. I would gladly stay here again and confidently recommend it to other travelers.

ฉันมาจากประเทศไทย (I come from Thailand) เป็นโรงแรมที่สะดวก สบาย เดินทางจากสนามบินเพียง 10 นาที มีร้านอาหารให้บริการภายในโรงแรม เจ้าหน้าที่ สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดีและให้คำแนะนำได้ดีมากเป็นอีกหนึ่งโรงแรมที่เหมาะสำหรับผู้ที่จะมาเปลี่ยนเครื่องเพื่อเดินทางต่อ และที่สำคัญ โรงแรมมีบริการรถรับส่งสนามบินฟรี คำเตือน: ถ้าเดินทางจากสนามบินมาที่โรงแรมต้องระมัดระวังมิจฉาชีพที่มาในรูปแบบของคนขับรถแท็กซี่แล้วบอกว่าตามมิเตอร์เพราะผมโดนหลอกคิดเป็นจำนวนเงินถึง 900 เรียวบราซิล สำหรับโรงแรมนี้ ให้ไปเลย 5 ดาวครับ It was very nice place to go. I went there alone. There are many facilities and also have their transportation service between airport and hotel . There is a restaurant below the hotel . If you want to buy some water, some drink or snacks you can buy there. The staffs are very nice. They are able to communicate in English very well and we can ask for help from them all the time. 5 stars for this place🙏🥰

location is good for food and find place to eat hotel itself too old, not really clean and facilities too old as well will not consider to stay there again by next trip

Liked: • wonderful front desk personel , restaurant staff, waiters/waitresses, baggage handlers, super helpful! • excellent bed, shower, sheets, towels. • great breakfast buffet. Dislike: • the bathroom sink needs a better aerator on the faucet to control the flow so that it doesn’t spray outside of the sink. • the water in the pool didn’t seem to be constantly filtered. There were small debris and bugs on top.
