Singapore’s fine dining scene is absolutely alive, and if you’re seeking a next-level culinary adventure, Seroja is a spot that deserves your attention! This modern gem in the heart of the city delivers elevated flavors—plus service that truly stands out.

Seroja
📍 7 Fraser St, #01-30/31/32/33 Duo Galleria, Singapore 189356
Signature Dishes: Seroja is renowned for its refined dessert selection, with several delicate sweets artistically presented on wooden trays—a visual feast just as enticing as the flavors. You’ll want to sample their multi-course tasting menu, where each dish balances tradition and innovation.
Vibe/Ambience: Sleek, contemporary interiors, open kitchen views, and an inviting, indoor atmosphere set the mood for a memorable meal and stellar Insta shots.
🕒 Opening Hours: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM, 6:30 PM – 10:00 PM (Closed Mondays)
Key Strengths: What truly makes Seroja special is not just the food—although every plate is thoughtfully crafted and delicious—but also the attentive, passionate staff. My own visit was seamless from start to finish; the team went above and beyond, ensuring every moment felt personal. If you appreciate genuine hospitality and inventive cuisine, you’ll be wowed.

Pro Tip: Don’t miss the chance to watch the chef and cooks in action—the open kitchen makes for an interactive and exclusive experience. Book ahead to snag a prime seat!
