Every time I go to Haining on a business trip, I always look for food at Yintai City. This time, I chose Mama Cuisine for lunch, which I had never tried before. As soon as I entered the palace, it was full of guests. It turned out that I made the right choice. I wanted to try everything on the menu, but unfortunately there were only two of us, so I had to reluctantly give up some of the delicacies and save them for next time. The big and plump signature secret fried shrimps were topped with green lettuce and slightly sweet soup, which made people&#39;s appetites grow; the blanched squids were served with a secret dipping sauce, which was really fresh and refreshing; the pickled mustard greens and green beans were salty, fresh and slightly spicy, but the pickled mustard greens were hard after being stir-fried in oil; the preserved egg mixed with tofu seemed simple, but it was actually very complicated.
