We recently stayed at this hotel and had a wonderful experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. Our room was spotless and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our stay. The beds were especially cozy, ensuring a good night's sleep. One of the highlights was the complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport, which runs every 15 minutes and is very punctual. It made our travel to the airport hassle-free. While breakfast was included, our early morning flight meant we couldn’t enjoy it. However, the hotel does offer a packed breakfast option for those who need to leave early, which is a nice touch. Overall, we had a great stay and would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and attentive staff.

This hotel is near airport and good for overnight stay to catch flights.You could get the shuttle at the bus station near the airport. The frequency is hourly. This hotel is near East Rand Mall. The counter staff told us that it is unsafe to walk across the street and advised us to take either Uber or hotel's van. If you are traveling in a group of 4 or more people, it is cheaper to get the hotel's van (80 rand one way) instead of Uber

I've never been at a better hotel my whole life. Trust me, the hotel is such a ”Wow!” I will definitely go there for my honeymoon, from Zambia! The location is superb, so close to the airport. Shuttle from the airport and to the airport is free!

Very welcoming and engaging staff. They were quick to check us in and the shuttle driver was nice enough to ask us if we are sure we are at the correct Metcourt hotel as there is another one.

The staff were all very friendly and helpful as would be expected of the intercontinental brand. The food at the Quill restaurant was also very good. Check in and check out is a simple and very efficient process

We had an amazing stay at Menlyn Maine. Although our stay was short, the staff were professional. The facilities were clean and well maintained. The location is secure and is very close to Menlyn Mall and other malls and cute restaurants nearby. Our only complaint would be that we could not use the laundry service because it takes long for the clothes to be returned. Aside from that, we enjoyed our stay thoroughly. Would recommended to both non picky travelers and the boujie girls.
