Cleanliness 4* cos i believe there are still room for improvement, by replacing some old part of rooms and repair some old part of rooms at the Same Time to check on their hot water in the shower bath as the temperature is very inconsistent, im not complaining about water temperature, im complaining about water temperature consistency Location wise 4* as it is the best location in ipoh town area Services 4* their management meet all guidance of hotel services criteria Amenities 1* as i notice that their cleaner doesn't replace new toothbrush, toothpaste, shaver and my snacks on my next stay, usually hotel with such 4-5* grading should replenish it without hotel guest asking, unless management grade themself as 2* hotel

The food was delicious, with a good variety of choices. The staff were also friendly and helpful throughout my stay. There are plenty of restaurants, cafés, convenience stores, and shopping options within walking distance, making it very convenient for families and larger groups. The host was responsive and replied promptly when we raised issues during our stay. Unfortunately, the cleanliness and maintenance of the property fell well below our expectations. We encountered ants throughout the apartment—including the living room, sofa, dining area, kitchen, bedrooms, and bathrooms—which made it difficult to enjoy our stay. Although the host provided insect spray after we reported the issue, the infestation was so widespread that spraying the entire apartment was neither practical nor a comfortable solution. Several areas were dusty, the curtains had a noticeable layer of dust, and the bedsheets and toilet rolls appeared old. We were also charged RM60 for an extra bedsheet for two nights, but the condition of the bedding did not justify the additional fee. The sofa showed signs of wear, and one of the ceiling fans was noisy during operation. For larger groups, please note that when someone showers upstairs, the downstairs bathroom cannot be used properly due to water pressure issues. We were informed that this affects every unit in the building, suggesting it is a known issue rather than an isolated incident. The facilities were also disappointing. The jacuzzi was unavailable during our stay and appeared to be non-functional, making it more decorative than usable. The host initially agreed to compensate us for the cleaning fee due to the cleanliness issues, but we did not receive any further update after that. Overall, the apartment has great potential because of its strategic location, but significant improvements in cleanliness, pest control, maintenance, and facility upkeep are needed before I could recommend it to others.
