Location is right at the secteur touristique which was great. Had easy access to the beach as well. However, the room was constantly flooded by water from the toilet. We reported this three times already but staff just cleaned and mopped the water, not fixing the actual problem. So we ended up with a water-flooded room for the whole stay and we had to use disposable towels to try and soak the water every now and again.

I had a wonderful stay at your hotel! The staff were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. From the front desk to housekeeping and the restaurant team, everyone made me feel genuinely cared for. The service was consistently professional and warm, which truly enhanced my experience. Een warm welkom met Marokkaanse thee, en personeel heel vriendelijk, iedereen die werkt in het Hotel groet je, Het ontbijt buffet was heel uitgebreid verfspuit, Marokkaanse thee, koks zo professionals word je met glimlach gevraagd wat voor gebakken eiren je wil mooi zwembad, alleen de koffie was slecht niet te drinken iedereen liet zijn koffie staat, ook kon je koffie of thee op je kamer drinken, maar er was geen melkpoeder ik drink geen koffie zonder melk, laatste moest ik ik bijna Toeristen belasting betalen terwijl ik dat al aan Trip.com had betaald stond op de voucher including alle belastingen, Later was dat opgelost was echt een leuke dag gehad.

The staff members were so nice and helpful.
Special thanks to Azedine, who was helping me to organize surf lessons or also trips to Marrakech or finding opportunity to participate on cooking lessons.
The location of the hotel is perfect for people, who want to stay just at the hotel, as you are directly at the beach. Most of the guests were either families or older people. If you want to walk to Taghazout it is possible, but it takes around 45 minutes.
The pools are not heated, which made them not so enjoyable as the water really gets cold.
The breakfast has a lot of variety to offer, but it gets very crowded and at some point the food is not refilled.
The rooms were spacious and clean.
What I did not like so much is that the live music, which is offered mostly every night is playing either Spanish or Latin American Music. It doesn’t feel authentic to come to Morocco for this. I rather would like to listening to Moroccan Music there.
But in general the hotel is nice with nice staff members.

Аппартаменты достаточно просторные, есть балкон и кухня с кухонными принадлежностями. Нет моющих средств. Белье и полотенца чистые, хотя и не новые. Чисто и аккуратно. Отель старый, в колониальном стиле. В номерах не ловит интернет. Только возле рецепшена. Есть 2 бассейна и лежаки. До океана пешком минут 10. Рядом есть кафе с местными блюдами по умеренной цене. Отель достаточно хорош на недолгое пребывание. Общее впечатление- приятное.

MMironovaTatianaНормально. Очень интересный интерьер, но очень темно. Жили на втором этаже, ничегошеньки не видно в номере. Всегда полумрак. А так, в целом, все понравилрсь.
Сервис на хорошем уровне. Все вежливые, помогабт с любыми вопросами.
Еще по близости нет магазинов, где можно было бы купить фрукты.
Но это на побережье в целом.

FFarhanndoIt’s a really good hotel and an amazing place to say. The location is really close to the beach and all the main attractions. The staff at the hotel are kind and helpful. The receptionist who check us in, Mohsin, was very helpful and also gave us a nice room with an amazing view of the beach.
The rooms are a bit old as this is one of the older hotels in Agadir but the rooms are quite clean and comfortable. The heating and air conditioning work perfectly as well.
The swimming pool is quite large and the cable cars of Agadir can be seen from the pool as the hotel is an 8 minute walk away from the station.
Other amenities that the hotel has are two bars, a gift shop, a gym, a restaraunt and an ATM machine in the lobby.
The only downside of the hotel is that the WiFi is not good and the food can be made to be a bit nicer.
Overall, my stay was really good and I would recommend this hotel to you all.

ผผู้เข้าพักZephir Apart Hotel provided a fantastic experience from the moment I arrived. I felt warmly welcomed, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. My apartment was spacious, featuring a good-sized balcony and a well-equipped kitchen stocked with a variety of utensils. There was also a large wardrobe, complete with a safe for added convenience. The king-size bed was very comfortable, accompanied by fluffy pillows that ensured a good night sleep.
The apartment was kept clean every day, which was much appreciated. The hotel itself was immaculate and nicely decorated, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere.
Breakfast was served in a separate building adjacent to Zephir, where guests could enjoy a diverse selection of delicious options. There was the choice to sit indoors or on the veranda, which offered lovely views of the swimming pools that guests could access. Although I didn't partake in lunch or dinner there, I noticed that those services were also available.
The location of the hotel is ideal, with all essential amenities close by and a pleasant 20-minute walk to the beach. Overall, I wholeheartedly recommend this place for anyone looking for a great stay!

Seulement pour un hôtel 5 étoiles, il y a des choses à dire:
1)Buffet du petit déjeuner pas mal mais pas digne d'un 5 étoiles surtout pour la partie salée ( très peu de choix de Charcuterie et fromage pourtant au Maroc ce n'est pas ce qui manque) idem le Maroc regorge de produits de qualité et de saison qui ont manqué au buffet (avocat, fraises....)
2) musique forte dans le couloir devant la chambre dès 7h du matin, ce qui me réveillait et malgré la plainte à la réception, rien n'a été fait.
3) Si vous avez le malheur de vous plaindre pour des dysfonctionnements, les responsables perdent vite leur sourire et deviennent très nonchalants, ce qui est un manque de professionnalisme
