โรงแรมที่มีสระว่ายน้ำในจังหวัดนีงะตะ ญี่ปุ่น

The hotel itself was nice, but the staff at the ski resort was horrible, the rentals are also not well maintained. The boards are not waxed, which makes it difficult to work with as there are a lot of flat routes which are difficult to avoid (Pony and village road were the flattest slope Ive ever seen in my life, I had to unstrap and walk and the board just wouldn't move). Ski resort staff were unfriendly and the rental staff was the worst, there was a lady there that was cold and rude. The only reason why the rental shop is surviving is probably because the equipments are salomon branded and that there is no other option.  I would visit again but only because the routes are fun, Myoko long run was the best, but I would never want to rent from the shop again. The food was very very good. For breakfast, you could choose from western or Japanese buffet. Western buffet is highly recommended, the omelette was the best ive eaten in my life and there was a diy risotto which was great as well. For dinner, there were 4 options, either buffet, steak, Japanese or shabushabu. All requiring reservations which is tough if you are checking in the evening as some might not be available. Highly recommend the steak, the food was good and the staff were amazing. Japanese was the hardest to get a reservation for but the food was quite underwhelming. The room was clean and ski lockers are also provided but it's tiny and can barely fit 2 boards. But I wish that in the toilet in the common area, you can adjust the tap temperature as the water is freezing cold. Amenities wise, bottled water are provided daily, also, yukata was provided but you can only wear them to the onsen which was extremely troublesome as I had to change multiple times a day.  The hotel provides shuttle bus services to and fro jyoetsumyoko station which was easy to book. The bus drivers were also friendly and helped out with the luggage. In summary, for a 5 stars hotel, it didn't live up to expectations, ski resort and rental staffs were unwilling to help and unfriendly. Also, some of the staffs could not speak Japanese which is puzzling for a hotel in Japan. If not for the amazing snow and slopes I would never come back.

ห้องพักค่อนข้างเก่า สิ่งที่แย่ที่สุดคือการปูผ้าห่มที่ไม่สบายเลย มันคือผ้าห่มที่มีผ้าปูวางอยู่ข้างใต้ ไม่ใช่ผ้าห่มที่สวมปลอกผ้านวมทั้งผืน ตอนกลางคืนผ้าปูหลุดออก ไม่แนบตัวเลย ข้อดีของโรงแรมคือมีลานสกีส่วนตัว แม้จะไม่ใหญ่มาก แต่ก็เพียงพอสำหรับผู้เริ่มต้น สามารถเล่นสกีสองข้างได้เท่านั้น โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งที่โรงแรมมีตั๋วสกีให้ฟรี และมีร้านให้เช่าอุปกรณ์สกีอยู่ข้างๆ ซึ่งค่อนข้างสะดวก โรงแรมต้องเช็คอินได้ตอนบ่าย 3 โมงเท่านั้น เราไปถึงตอนบ่าย 2 ครึ่ง ต้องนั่งรอในล็อบบี้จนถึงบ่าย 3 โมงเป๊ะเลย ห้องอาบน้ำรวมค่อนข้างใหญ่ เหมาะสำหรับการอาบน้ำ ขอพูดอีกอย่าง ตอนขากลับ รถรับส่งเต็ม ทางโรงแรมได้จัดรถตู้คันเล็กอีกคันมารับครอบครัวเรา ซึ่งดีมาก! รู้สึกเหมือนได้รับความสำคัญ!

โรงแรมนี้ดีมากค่ะ/ครับ เนื่องจากอยากจองแพ็กเกจแบบพักหนึ่งคืนพร้อมอาหารเย็นและอาหารเช้า เลยต้องทำการจองสองครั้ง ทำให้มีโอกาสได้รีวิวถึงสองครั้งเลย การบริการของโรงแรมจัดเป็นระบบระเบียบดีเยี่ยม อาหารเช้าและอาหารเย็นก็ค่อนข้างหลากหลาย ที่พิเศษคือที่ชั้น 1 ของโรงแรมยังมีมินิมาร์ทเล็กๆ ที่มีข้าวกล่องเบนโตะสไตล์ญี่ปุ่น นม และเครื่องดื่มขาย ราคาโดยรวมก็ใกล้เคียงกับในโตเกียว และไม่มีการคิดค่าใช้จ่ายแอบแฝงเลยค่ะ/ครับ เยี่ยมมาก! สำหรับลานสกีของโรงแรม รวมถึงลานสกี Nakazato และ Iwahara นั้น รับชำระด้วยเงินสดเท่านั้นที่หน้างาน ไม่รับทั้ง WeChat Pay และ Alipay เลยนะคะ/ครับ แนะนำว่าทุกคนควรพกเงินสดติดตัวไปด้วยค่ะ/ครับ ไม่อย่างนั้นอาจจะรู้สึกอึดอัดใจหรือลำบากได้ค่ะ/ครับ

สถานที่ตั้งอาจอยู่ห่างจากสถานี Sakihana แต่พวกเขามีรถรับส่งฟรีหากคุณแจ้งล่วงหน้า บริการดีมาก ผู้จัดการผู้หญิงที่สวยอบอุ่นและเป็นมิตรสุด ๆ พนักงานที่เหลือก็มีประสิทธิภาพเช่นกัน ภาษาอังกฤษของพวกเขามี จํากัด แต่เราผ่าน GoogleTranslate อาหารอร่อยมากมีอาหารและเครื่องเคียงมากมาย ไฮไลท์สําหรับเราคืออ่างน้ําพุร้อน สถานที่สะอาดและเป็นระเบียบมาก เราสนุกกับเวลาที่นั่นจริงๆ ใช่ เราแนะนําให้เพื่อนของเรามาเยี่ยมชมสถานที่แห่งนี้ในอนาคต

絕對推薦自駕人士，酒店在山上是偏遠了一點，但佔地好大好舒適，酒店自己有滑雪吊椅，網球場，哥爾夫球場，桌球等設施，房間大和乾淨，7樓大浴場好好泡，早上邊看戶外美景邊泡溫泉，絕對享受，每層樓電梯口都放上不同尺碼浴衣，方便客人更換合身尺寸，早餐和晚餐都是自助餐形式，款式味道算過得去啦，另房間內牙膚牙刷欠奉，好彩我們自備了

飯店整潔乾淨！停車場超大！唯獨可能只能開車前往，公車應該很少甚至沒有！房間內乾濕分離，很不錯，浴缸的木頭有些發霉，其他都很好！有機會還會再去@

2泊3日のプチ旅行で利用しました。 従業員の方皆さん親切で2人部屋の小さな部屋を予約しましたがのびのびと過ごせました。 朝食はビュッフェ形式で日替わりで白米と他にカレーや炒飯などもありました。 パンやグラノーラもあったので朝はあまり食べれない方でも利用しやすいと思います。 個人的にドリンクに牛乳があったのがとても嬉しかったです。
