Beautiful communal area with bar and cafe. Hostel is a short walk into the town. Clean bathrooms separate from bedrooms. Huge free luggage storage. Highly recommend!

Fellow travelers, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay in Montpellier. The location of this hotel is truly superior and the staff are welcoming, proficient and accommodating. The facilities are tidy and clean, and the common areas boast old world charm while the rooms are modern and well appointed. I particularly enjoyed the fantastic water pressure in the shower, and the quality toiletries with proper pump hand soap for washing hands opposed to grimy bar soap. The separate water closet was also a thoughtful touch that I wish all hotels had. The room was large for European standards with clever storage options, and I appreciated the attention to detail in its design. If you are driving, I strongly advise illegally parking in front of the hotel prior to check-in and asking exactly how to get to the parking garage. This will save loads of time and you’ll avoid circling one-way streets. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel as a fantastic choice for your stay in Montpellier. We will absolutely stay again upon our next visit to the city.

Très satisfait de mon séjour ! Je suis très très satisfait de cet appart'hôtel ! C’était bien au-delà de mes attentes. C’est un endroit chaleureux, très propre, bien organisé, et tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Le personnel est extrêmement poli, accueillant et attentionné. J’ai été particulièrement touché par l’accessibilité pour les personnes en situation de handicap — tout est adapté et vraiment confortable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Comfort Aparthotel Carcassonne, ainsi qu’à Trip.com, par lequel j’ai réservé en ligne. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. Je recommande ce lieu sincèrement !

Très bien surtout la salle de sport et le roof top et la piscine par contre nous étions au premier étage chambre 1011 et à chaque fermeture de la porte d’entrée a l’accueil notre lit a tremblé merci de vérifier car on croyait qu’il y avait un tremblement de terre et d’ailleurs nous l’avons signalé à l’accueil

Les places au bord de la piscine sont toujours indisponibles !! La salle de remise en forme est trop petite et mal équipée.

Fantástico: muy limpio y con una buena terraza para comer y desayunar; la Peña que subía el olor a tabaco y ********. Los ascensores son imposibles de coger y pasan aviones que puedes chocar lis cinco con sus pasajeros. Muy bueno para pasar de camino a tu destino. Volveremos
