The location is amazing—you just walk a couple of steps after getting off the station. Also, the overall environment is nice and the facilities are good too. The only downside is that the common area is really small. Part of the common area is a bar, so you have to spend money there if you want to hang out.

Le personnel est vraiment très agréable, vous vous sentez à l’aise et ils sont à l’écoute (petite mention aux réceptionnistes et serveurs)! Je recommande pour des voyages longs comme courts. Les nombreux services de l’hôtel vous permettent de vous divertir directement sur place. Très bien situé, vous avez accès à tout en quelques minutes et sans avoir besoin de prendre la voiture. (Plage, commerce, gare, tram…) Le seul point négatif serait peut-être le manque de choix dans le restaurant. Des plats + élaborés pourraient vraiment apportés un plus à ce magnifique lieu. Je reviendrais !

Très satisfait de mon séjour ! Je suis très très satisfait de cet appart'hôtel ! C’était bien au-delà de mes attentes. C’est un endroit chaleureux, très propre, bien organisé, et tout est pensé dans les moindres détails. Le personnel est extrêmement poli, accueillant et attentionné. J’ai été particulièrement touché par l’accessibilité pour les personnes en situation de handicap — tout est adapté et vraiment confortable. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du Comfort Aparthotel Carcassonne, ainsi qu’à Trip.com, par lequel j’ai réservé en ligne. Tout s’est parfaitement déroulé. Je recommande ce lieu sincèrement !

Great experience at Social Hub Toulouse ♥️ The rooms are quiet, modern and the bed is very comfortable. The service is very nice. The location is great : next to a metro station and a car parking, about 10 minutes from the center town by feet and 2 minutes from the wonderful japonese garden 🏮

The hotel is located very close to the city center. The staff is very kind, the rooms are large, spacious, clean, and the swimming pool is a great advantage. Clean pool, clean water, and the perfect terrace to sit and drink a coffee. Was verry nice!

Les places au bord de la piscine sont toujours indisponibles !! La salle de remise en forme est trop petite et mal équipée.

Fantástico: muy limpio y con una buena terraza para comer y desayunar; la Peña que subía el olor a tabaco y ********. Los ascensores son imposibles de coger y pasan aviones que puedes chocar lis cinco con sus pasajeros. Muy bueno para pasar de camino a tu destino. Volveremos

酒店的工作人員非常好，有停車服務，我們開車去的，又是法國假期，車胎顯示有點問題，工作人員用自己車上的設備幫我們測試胎壓。忘了問他的名字，年輕的小夥子，非常感謝，感謝酒店的每個工作人員，都非常熱情，非常好的入住體驗
