There were 2 things which were not in line with my expectations: The window in the room was blocked since the handle was removed, so we could not open the window for fresh air or emergency The airconditioning was very poor. This hotel is adults only, which is great! There should be more like it. The location is fine, it’s in a quiet street, which feels far out the city, but it’s actually around the corner from the shops and cathedral and the beach. It’s about 20 mins walk from the old town, though. The hotel has a trendy feel and is very ************ and inclusive, which is fantastic. However the rooms are really small and there’s nowhere at all to put one’s toiletries in the bathroom: it could have been designed better. The balcony was huge and great, but without sun umbrella we couldn’t stay outside in the 30C heat. We found some maintenance issues: leaking tap, broken bathroom door, wonky TV set, but the rest was fine. Average, but cheaper than other hotels in the area.

Hotel is in a great location, close to shopping district and close to bars and eateries.  Rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom had a shower and a bath which is unusual but well received. About 20 mins in a taxi from Bilbao airport.  Service was good at check in/out.  Roof top bar is a nice offer with a variety of drinks.  I would stay here again.

À notre arrivée, la chambre ne correspondait pas à celle sélectionnée sur le site. Le réfrigérateur ne fonctionnait pas, et il y avait de la poussière partout, y compris sur le balcon et les deux chaises, qui n'avaient pas été nettoyé non plus. L'entretien ménager semblait incomplet. Hormis la vue, aucun autre aspect n'a suscité notre intérêt. Pour un tarif de 850 € sans petit-déjeuner, nous avons été informés sur place que le coût réel de la chambre n'était que de 700 €. Cette situation était franchement inacceptable.

This hotel came as a very nice surprise and it exceeded expectations in many ways and more . Was a great location and lovely start . For a city I’d never been to they were so welcoming and helpful and kind and I felt very safe and supported . They were amazing at letting me keep my luggage while I explored the city before my next train to Madrid . The only downside was that there were not many vegan alt options for the breakfast so I wouldn’t buy it if you had allergens . They tried to help as much as they could to accommodate tho . Was so much fun Will be coming again and bring friends
