I had a great stay at this hotel. Everything was clean, comfortable, and well organized. The location was convenient, and the room met all my expectations. What really stood out was the excellent customer service — the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. They made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

All of the staff were very friendly, and I really enjoyed the complimentary oranges—they were delicious. The TV was large and it was a Samsung TV, so the picture quality was excellent. The hair dryer was high quality, so there was no need to bring my own. The gym was very spacious and well equipped with a wide variety of exercise machines, making it great to use. The swimming pool was nice as well, but since there were quite a lot of people, it didn’t feel very relaxing or private. The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and it was quiet, so I slept well. The hotel’s location was also very convenient, and I would definitely stay here again.

Take the train from Airport and arrive at Warszawa Śródmieście railway station, walk up the stairs and you see Polonia Palace hotel! We are so happy and in luck! We arrived at 9 am and the room is ready for us! This is record breaking check in time! Room is perfect with a window view of Palace of culture and Science. Room is clean and very spacious! Breakfast is very good! Service is excellent! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมมากค่ะ ป้ายรถเมล์อยู่ชั้นล่างเลย และมีรถเมล์วิ่งตรงไปสนามบินด้วย แต่เสียดายที่น้ำอุ่นอุณหภูมิผันผวนมาก ทำให้การอาบน้ำในฤดูหนาวค่อนข้างแสบร้อน นอกจากนี้ยังมีคราบตะกรันเกาะอยู่ที่ถ้วยน้ำยาบ้วนปาก แสดงว่าไม่ได้ทำความสะอาดมานานแล้วค่ะ นอกนั้นก็ดีหมดเลยค่ะ!

Spacious room, good breakfast, good in room dining, has decent gym. Location is about 10mins walk away from city center. Daily house cleaning not great though because they don’t clean the floors. I stayed there for 2 weeks, I would expect them at least mop the floor once or twice during my stay, but didn’t.

โรงแรมแบรนด์ใหม่ที่สะอาดมาก เช็คอินรวดเร็ว ทุกอย่างใหม่และประกาย เตียงนอนสบาย ห้องสุขาสะอาดและฝักบัวอาบน้ําดีพอใหญ่และดี ใกล้สถานีรถไฟเดินเพียง 10 นาที ไปยังใจกลางเมือง 15-20 นาที รอบๆมีตลาดและร้านอาหารมากมาย สถานที่ที่ดี

The location is the best. It's downtown, close to the shopping center Złote Tarasy as well as the Central railway station. The building is new and there is a observation deck. The facilities are new and the only thing I didn't like was the sliding door in the washroom. Car rental is also available in the same building.

This is a budget hotel and you don't get the carpets in your room but you do get decent vinyl flooring. The shower isn't as good as the normal Ibis hotels but it's perfectly good enough. It's warm, fast and I loved mine. You don't get a kettle (or at least I didn't) and I must admit I missed it. What you do get is a comfy bed, not so good pillows but again, good enough.... You getting the idea? If I was with my partner I would have chosen the standard hotel. I would still take the budget one though if I was alone. You pay your money and make your choice. One thing I will say though is the staff are every bit as good in both hotels. The rooms are as clean and if you're on a budget you'll be happy enough! The girl called Julie at mine was wonderful and very helpful with advice about the area. Happy holidays!
