What an amazing experience to stay in a Trullo at this property! My husband and I booked our stay in mid-Nov., which is the beginning of the off-season in Puglia. When we arrived, the concierge/manager, Ugo, graciously upgraded us to a loft/superior accommodation. It was fantastic! He personally walked us to our charming, Trullo, which was not only impeccably clean, but also completely modernized despite being an historic, antiquated structure. We arrived on a chilly day to find that the marble floors are heated and very toasty! The queen bed was comfy, and the updated bathroom was enormous, with a huge shower. The little dwelling even had a very well-equipped, modern kitchen if one were to stay for a longer period.
Finally, I left my small jewelry box in bathroom when we checked out. We took a 20 minute taxi ride to a train station, and apparently, during the ride Ugo tried to contact the driver to inform us that they'd found the box. Ultimately, when I discovered my oversight at the next hotel and contacted Ugo, he kindly express-shipped my jewelry back to my home in the U.S. I can't praise this property or its management highly enough. Don't hesitate to stay here!

sehr schönes und sauberes Hotel, die Zimmer haben eine gute Grösse und Betten sind sehr bequem und das Personal sehr freundlich.
Vom Pool aus hat man super Sicht aufs Meer und den Hafen.
Das Frühstücksbuffet ist empfehlenswert und hat eine grosse Auswahl.
Es sind genügend Parkplätze vorhanden.

Heel mooie plek om een paar nachten te blijven. Heel goede service en goede voorzieningen. Groot pluspunt is het superontbijt met verse Italiaanse koffie en lekkernijen. Kleine minpunten zijn de prijzen: 8 euro voor een glas wijn (elders 12 vooe een fles) en 4 euro pp voor badhandoeken. Restarant is goed maar ook aan de kostbare kant voor Puglia.

A decent hotel with a convenient yet mixed location. It's steps from the train station but on the less desirable side of the city. However, it's within easy walking distance of the charming old town. The highlight was the excellent breakfast, which featured a plentiful selection of pastries and fresh fruit.

Hotel is right across from the train station and located on the main area of Brindisi. They are security forward which we really liked. Held our bags for hours before checking in so we could explore and arranged an early morning taxi for us to the airport. The staff was friendly and extremely helpful. We loved our short stay.

ผผู้เข้าพักThe hostel is very clean. Bed linen and towels are changed every two or three days, and all common areas are always well maintained. You can really feel that cleanliness is a priority here.
The room is quite small, as mentioned in the description, so this is not a surprise. There are a few small things that could make the stay even more comfortable. There are no hangers in the room, and in the shower there is no shelf to put shampoo or toiletries. If small details were added, like a shower curtain in each shower, a small shelf near the bed, hooks for outerwear, and better kitchen knives, the place would be perfect.

Our first room was old , smelly, and awful with a broken fridge, a kettle that could not be plugged in and peeling paint.
The second room has 3 different paint colours exposed fires and a bathroom that floods every time the shower is used.
There are holes in the ceilings, no staff apart from 1 young girl at reception.
Rooms have the cheapest, most basic facilities. The toiletries are what you would expect in a 2 star hotel.
No nescafe machine if you want sn expresso you must pay €3.50.
The hotel is run down and clearly management care only for money.
Private guest information is stored in a public cupboard. Maintenance is ignored, and breakfast is basic.
The breskfadt consists mainly of prepared sweet pastry and cakes.
A small glass of tetra pack orange juice us €5
If you wish to iron, you need to either iron on the bed or the floor..
The hotel does not have a bar that operates. There are no umbrellas or comforts of a 4-star hotel. Service is zero.
The hotel only offers breakfast. No lunch, dinner, or room service.
But the most alarming concern is the hotels noncompliance with fire safety. If there was a fire at this hotel, guests would simply lose their lives.

The police gave arrested the hotel due to serious concerns for staff and guests.

NNicobonaOn avait reservé une chambre double avec fenetre mais a cause d’un probleme, o a reçu une chambre sans fenetre. Donc on a parlé avec l’hotel et moins de 5min apres ils nous ont donné un upgrade avec une terrace. Le mec etait tres gentil et la vue incroyable, 8eme etage. Ubication excellente. Definitivement a racommander. Service 10pts. Enterprise qui prend soin de ses clients.

DDonna ElisabethPhenomenal hotel!! The staff are so lovely, caring and competent. We had an issue trying to book the one and only ferry Bari to Dubrovnik which turned out to be an impossible feat due to demand but the time and energy the reception staff invested in problem solving was astounding. Rosanna even went so far as to call all her travel agency friends … she ensured we could keep our room for another two nights. Her male colleague was just as invested in providing us with multiple options.
The hotel is stylish, immaculate and cleverly laid out. Very easy private parking for only €10 per day. The gym met all my needs while the pool is another massive plus in this great laid back suburb of Bari. The hotel is a €10 cab fare from the Old Town. Free non alcoholic beverages in our room’s mini bar and in the foyer, Free coffee in Italy!!! Never heard of it!! The included in room rate breakfast is a large diverse buffet offering a lot of healthy options.

MMSim83The host gave me his WhatsApp number and was very helpful and friendly throughout my stay which was only one night.
The room was very clean and modern and also had a balcony , the location was also good just a bit out of the city centre of Bari .
I did struggle to find it and the codes for the outer door and inner doors did get annoying, but again the host answered me straight away and helped, he also gave me information on local restaurants and bars as well as directions to the Ferry Port and local taxis, I thought he was excellent and went out of his way to help me and insure I had a great stay! Thank you!!
I do understand the door codes are for security purposes and wasn’t a big deal it was just a slight quibble.
I would definitely stay here again💯 if I was in Bari and needed accommodation! Great value for money considering I found Bari expensive for hotels and accommodation.

艾艾瑞德Just an average hotel, the room was small. But also the bed was small, almost fell from it. Also the shower is too small and I have to wait for a few minutes for the hot water to come. The only good thing is the location near the sea but the price should not be so expensive at this time. Not this kind of price for those conditions.
