อย่างแรกเลย หญิงสาวสองคนที่แผนกต้อนรับมีทัศนคติการบริการที่ดีมากและมีซุปบ๊วยเปรี้ยวที่ประตู เพราะฉันสั่งห้องที่ไม่มีหน้าต่าง สาวน้อยที่แผนกต้อนรับช่วยฉันอัพเกรดห้องที่มีหน้าต่างฟรี พี่สาวคนโตของห้องก็กระตือรือร้นมากเช่นกัน ทักทายเมื่อเห็นใคร สุขาภิบาลก็พิถีพิถันมากขึ้นและรู้สึกใจดีมาก อาหารเช้าก็อร่อย เพราะฉันไม่ชินกับหมอนยางพารา สาวน้อยที่แผนกต้อนรับก็เปลี่ยนหมอน荞麦ให้ฉันอย่างใกล้ชิด ประการที่สอง สภาพแวดล้อมทางภูมิศาสตร์อยู่ในใจกลางเมือง บริเวณโดยรอบมีความเจริญรุ่งเรืองและมีชีวิตชีวามาก อยู่ใกล้กับอาคารทองและหอกลองที่ร้อนแรงที่สุดและสามารถเดินถึงได้ ออกไปเป็นถนนคนเดิน มีของว่างมากมาย ข้อเสียอย่างเดียวคือโรงแรมอยู่ในย่านใจกลางเมือง จะมีเสียงดังเล็กน้อยในตอนกลางคืน แต่ก็เป็นเรื่องปกติเช่นกัน ถนนการค้าเป็นที่เข้าใจได้ แนะนําให้ทุกคนมาอยู่อาศัย ราคาสูงมาก ทัศนคติการบริการดีมาก 😆

房間很乾凈，而且服務態度很好！！小姐姐很温柔！！還給我送了果盤🥰🥰🥰早上還有免費的早餐，非常推薦，還有洗衣房健身房，去沙漠玩了一天，洗完衣服小姐姐還給我們送去房間，贊贊贊！

My recent stay at YINQUAN Hotel was a pleasant surprise that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I stepped through the door, the hotel’s charm and attention to detail set the tone for a memorable experience.

酒店藏於綠蔭間的庭院式建築別具韻味，推窗可見曲徑通幽的園林景緻，房間寬敞整潔，露台觀湖景的設計更添愜意。客房衞生細緻入微，從床鋪到衞浴都毫無瑕疵，康體中心的泳池與小童樂園也讓家庭出行倍感便利。 最暖心的是前台張文耀先生的服務。辦理入住時他主動提前安排好房間，細緻講解停車券領取方式，還手繪了周邊景點路線圖。得知我有長者同行，立刻協調到低樓層客房，後續諮詢餐飲推薦時，更是精準推薦了能嚐到寧夏特色燒烤的湖畔餐廳。全程響應迅速，專業又熱忱，讓旅途格外舒心。從環境到服務都無可挑剔，下次來銀川一定再住這裏。

Amazing decision to go to Yinchuan for Dragon Boat Festival since it has the best weather and the cleanest city in China. Kempinski in this city is one of the best. The hotel is in the middle of the city, so there are multiple destinations to tour. For my trip, I did not go to the sand dune area. I focused on the ride share to the touristy movie film park snd neighboring theme town. The hotel is also near the growing 801 Creative Park, Night Market, and just a walk from the Ningxia Museum. So many more local and traditional spots. Bring an extra shopping bag. The hotel has a great view of their master plan development, delicious food options from the cafe to the German restaurant, and coffee/tea lobby lounge. The staff is bilingual and the grounds are immaculately clean. Sleeping and facilities really comfortable. Nicest locals all around. Thank you for a great stay.

Very good hotel. Unfortunately, no one in this hotel can speak English and therefore the stay was a bit difficult for me. My credit card did not work due to the reader of the hotel. I had to withdraw cash and then pay the deposit in cash. Finally, the stay was a big disappointment that the Sheraton brand should stand for a different kind of service than what I received there. I don't think I will ever stay at this hotel again.

首先要説地理位置真的非常的便利 李主要景點博物館萊山公園都非常的近 他説酒店很乾凈，應該是一個新小區 房間非常的大，我覺得差不多有四50平的樣子很乾凈 來説早餐還是非常喜歡吃這類的，早餐口味比較符合北方人的口味吧，西式的早餐較少 最好的地方是由洗衣房，真的很方便，帶着孩子出去逛吃衣服臟了在家裡就洗乾淨了 水基本是免費的，喝完了之後問前台要就會給送來 最好的地方是有蕎麥皮枕頭，這也對很多頸椎不好的人來説真的是福利了 機器人送餐，小孩子比較喜歡

This hotel is perfect . I love it The rooms are super cozy and staff are very service minded . Surroundings is very beautiful & quiet and in evening can enjoy the scenery in the cultural city Nearby is coco park ( mall ) and otherwise it’s easy get a didi from the road .

Service is very good. Gohvtd is by hard. Environment is good. Room is very comfortable and so personable. So will recommended and will coma back to stay.
