Introduction Sunset Sightseeing in Kathmandu

Introduction
Some information may have been translated by Google Translate
The sunset in Kathmandu makes the city look gentle and magnificent. As the sunset slowly sinks into the embrace of the Himalayas, the skyline is dyed with a brilliant golden red. The whole city seems to be cast with magic, becoming both real and dreamy. People stop and look up at this moment of glory among the ancient buildings in Durbar Square or under the golden dome of the Boudhanath Stupa. The sun shines through the clouds, casting mottled light and shadows, covering the ancient temples and streets with a golden coat. The weight of history and the gentleness of the sunset interweave into an indescribable beauty at this moment. It makes people forget their troubles and indulge in this tranquility and beauty.

Annapurna Base camp Trek / 2024-2025

Annapurna Base camp Trek / 2024-2025

One of the most well-known trekking routes in Nepal is the ABC trek, which takes place at Annapurna Base Camp. A spectacular trip through a diverse landscape and culture, it features charming Gurung settlements, terraced fields, and a vast range of flora and fauna. The journey to Mt. Annapurna's base camp, which is located at an elevation of 4130m/13549ft and is the world's tenth-highest mountain at 8091m, is one of the top treks in Nepal. In addition, Mt. Machhapuchhre (Fishtail), which the Nepalese adore for its singular beauty, is how we get to our objective. The Annapurna Base Camp trekking package is a favorite among a variety of outdoor enthusiasts, including solitary female tourists and hikers who are traveling in groups. This is due to the well-planned schedule.

An underrated travel gem! A one-day itinerary for the three cities in the Kathmandu Valley~

An underrated travel gem! A one-day itinerary for the three cities in the Kathmandu Valley~

🔶🔶🔶If you only have one day in Kathmandu, we highly recommend visiting the three ancient cities in the valley. You can experience the essence of Nepal's history and culture in just one day! 🌟Recommended itinerary: 📍Morning: Thamel - Patan From Thamel, it's about a 30-minute drive to Patan, known as the "City of Art." Stroll through the city and admire the exquisite architecture. Different cultures collide and blend here, and buildings of different religions stand side by side in harmony. 🎟️Patan ticket: NPR 1,000 📍Noon: Patan - Bhaktapur Next, head to Bhaktapur, known as the "essence of medieval Nepalese art" and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The luxury of the Golden Gate, the delicacy of the Palace of 55 Windows, and the grandeur of the Nyatapola Temple are all breathtaking. The tranquil and ancient atmosphere makes it my top pick for the most beautiful city in the valley! 🎟️Bhaktapur ticket: NPR 500 (50% off for Chinese passport holders in 2025) 📍Afternoon: Bhaktapur - Thamel Durbar Square Finally, return to Thamel Durbar Square, where you'll find exquisite temples, palaces, and pagodas. The Kumari Temple is also located here. If you're lucky, you might catch a glimpse of the Kumari goddess between 4 and 6 pm and receive her blessing. 🎟️Durbar Square ticket: NPR 1,000 💡Tips: 1️⃣Time is tight for a one-day tour, and prices in Nepal are low, so we recommend taking a taxi for efficiency. 2️⃣There are some Nepalese specialties around the ancient cities that you can try, such as dal bhat, momo, and king curd. 3️⃣If you want to take beautiful photos of the ancient cities, the soft light in the early morning or evening is ideal. 4️⃣The air quality in Kathmandu is not great, so remember to bring a mask.

Boudhanath Stupa

Boudhanath Stupa is probably the most famous and visited place in the city of Kathmandu. The whole visit, including walking around and taking pictures should last between 1 to 2 hours. The place is really well preserved and is a pleasure to see. It is more comfortable to visit this place in the morning or late afternoon as the weather is quite hot. This is the kind of places you must feel proud to visit and enjoy in person as it’s part of the list of UNESCO World Heritage Sites. Entrance fee is not expensive at all and it is good value for the money. Totally worthy. #createwithtrip #nepal #holidays #exploring #createwithtrip

Kathmandu Grand Hotel: A Home Away from Home Experience

In Kathmandu, the capital of Nepal, there is a luxury hotel called 'Kathmandu Grand Hotel' that attracts countless tourists with its elegant environment, first-class facilities, and warm service. I was fortunate to have spent an unforgettable time here, and here is my detailed stay experience at this hotel. As soon as I entered the hotel lobby, I was attracted by its luxurious decoration and warm atmosphere. In the center of the lobby is a huge crystal chandelier, surrounded by various exquisite artworks, giving a sense of nobility and comfort. The front desk staff are very enthusiastic, they welcomed us in fluent English and quickly handled our check-in procedures. Our room is located on the high floor of the hotel, from the window, you can see the beautiful scenery of Kathmandu city. The room is luxuriously decorated and fully equipped. The bed is comfortable, the sheets are clean and tidy, giving me a feeling of being at home. The room is also equipped with a large-screen TV, where you can watch various international channels. In addition, there is a separate bathroom in the room, providing free toiletries, which is very convenient. The hotel's catering service is also excellent. Breakfast offers a variety of foods, including Western pastries, Nepalese specialties, and fresh fruits, satisfying our different tastes. Lunch and dinner offer a variety of international dishes, carefully cooked by experienced chefs, delicious. The restaurant environment is elegant, the service is thoughtful, allowing us to enjoy the food while also feeling the hotel's enthusiasm and professionalism. The hotel also offers a range of leisure facilities, including a gym, swimming pool, and SPA center. The gym is fully equipped and suitable for various sports needs. The swimming pool water is clear and transparent, making people feel very comfortable. The SPA center's service staff are skilled, making people feel relaxed and comfortable. The hotel's location is also very superior, very close to the main attractions of Kathmandu, within walking distance. There are many shops and restaurants around the hotel, which is very convenient. The hotel also provides free shuttle service, allowing us to easily tour various attractions in Kathmandu. Overall, my stay experience at the Kathmandu Grand Hotel was very pleasant. The hotel's luxurious environment, first-class facilities, and warm service made me feel very comfortable and satisfied. Whether it's a business trip or a leisure trip, I strongly recommend everyone to choose the Kathmandu Grand Hotel. I believe that you will definitely have an unforgettable time here. At the moment of leaving the hotel, I deeply felt that this stay experience was not just a simple stay, but also a cultural exchange and a spiritual baptism. I will take the beautiful memories of the Kathmandu Grand Hotel back to my hometown and share them with my family and friends. At the same time, I am also looking forward to staying at the Kathmandu Grand Hotel again and experiencing that feeling of being at home again.

Japanese restaurant that serves a huge portion!

#magicalxmastrip #foodiejourney #momotarou The prices may seem steep at first look but the quality and quantity served does justify it. This Momotarou branch at Sanepa is located right at the chowk, the ambience nice and quiet especially if you dine solo and love Japanese food, this is right place for you. My favourites here are the Khabou Don (fish with rice), Butta Don A (Pork with rice), Subutta (sweet and sour pork), Ebi chilly (prawn chilly), Chasumen (soy ramen pork).
