Jestem regularnym gościem i muszę powiedzieć, że hotel dba o stałych gości bardzo starannie. Gdy byłem jakiś czas temu to hotel sam zorientował się, że mam urodziny i oprócz słodkiego prezentu otrzymałem także darmowego drinka w barze. Podczas obecnego pobytu zostałem gościem dnia, co wiązało się z lepszym pokojem, słodkim poczęstunkiem oraz voucherem na zniżkę na kolejkę na Szyndzielnie dla 2 osób. Pani Anna w recepcji jest wspaniała - zadbała o to bym miał pokój zgodnie z życzeniem. Pokoje nie są najnowsze, ale za każdym razem widzę jakieś zmiany na lepsze. Tym razem okazało się, że w pokojach została zainstalowana klimatyzacja, co ułatwiało pobyt w wysokich, sierpniowych temperaturach. Śniadania są wspaniałe. Na wyróżnienie zasługuje także cukiernia. Trzeba jednak mieć szczęście, aby coś tak kupić. W sobotę wstałem specjalnie 15 minut przed otwarciem, aby stanąć w kolejce po słynne jagodzianki. Kobieta która stała przede mną kupiła wszystkie, bo cukiernia miała przygotowane tylko 8 sztuk. To zdecydowanie za mało. A dodatkowo okazało się, że z powodu długiego weekendu trzy dni cukiernia jest zamknięta. Hotel musi wiedzieć, że cukiernia jest jednym z motywatorów do zatrzymania się akurat w tym hotelu. Niemniej, jeśli uda się coś tam kupić to zdecydowanie będzie to smaczne. Polecam ten hotel i wrócę na pewno - oby cukiernia była otwarta. :)
