เราชอบโรงแรมนี้! เฟเบียนและพนักงานต้อนรับทุกคนน่าทึ่งและทำให้เรารู้สึกเป็นที่ต้อนรับมาก ใกล้สถานีรถไฟมากและสามารถเดินไปยังเมืองเก่าได้ อาหารเช้าก็ดีใน M Lounge และวิวจากห้องจูเนียร์สวีทของเราก็น่าทึ่งมาก ข้อร้องเรียนเดียวของเราคือสถานการณ์ลิฟต์ เราเกือบพลาดเที่ยวบินเพราะต้องใช้เวลา 30 นาทีจึงจะลง มีลิฟต์เพียง 2 ใน 3 ตัวที่ทำงานในวันที่เราออกเดินทาง ไม่อย่างนั้นมันเป็นโรงแรมที่ยอดเยี่ยม!

The accommodation is modern and very clean. The location is great, close to a lot of places walking and also easy reach to public transport. The most impressive thing was the the lovely breakfast served in the room, which my 2 year old kid would look forward every morning. The staff was friendly and very competent. I couldn’t recommend them enough! If there was a small thing to say, would be to add roller blackouts in the bedroom’s window, they have windows blackout in the living room, but it would’ve been great to have the bedroom darker, however this is a really small thing compared to the outstanding service offered.

Staff were so friendly and let us check in 3 hours early. I had told them our stay was for my daughters 12th birthday and they had put a balloon, a birthday card and a heart made of chocolates on the bed in our room - this made it very special for her. The coffee machine in the room was a lovely addition and the free mini bar was an unexpected bonus. The room was quiet and the view from the balcony very nice too. The bathroom was clean and the room was lovely and warm. The breakfast was amazing, lots of smoked salmon, fresh croissants and a lovely tea selection. My daughter loved the white hot chocolate. The hotel is in a great location, just a 5 minute tram ride from the city centre.

Very nicely maintained hotel in a central location in Thun. Recently stayed a couple of nights in this location and found the hotel to be very well maintained, rooms were clean and less than ten minutes walk to the train station. Location made it quick to walk to train/ferry station to take a very enjoyable ferry ride ride on Lake Thun to then enjoy a day in Interlaken and then the train ride back. Staff that we encountered were great and very helpful answering questions. Highly recommend!

เราเป็นครอบครัว 4 คน เข้าพัก 3 คืน มันไม่เป็นไปตามความคาดหมาย ราคาต่ํากว่า เฉลี่ย Zurich เลย บริการตาม - check in : เราได้รับกุญแจจากตู้เซฟ ได้อย่างง่ายดาย เนื่องจาก Reception เวลามีจํากัด เราไม่เคยมีโอกาสได้เจอพวกมันเลย - พนักงาน : ้คุณได้กุญแจเสริมสําหรับตู้เซฟและ wifi ก็ดี - ห้องเล็กกว่าที่คิดไว้และโซฟาเบดก็ไม่ได้ทําเป็นเตียง, เราต้องทําเอง - ห้องน้ําเล็กแต่สะอาด, แม้ว่าที่วางสบู่จะตกนิดนึง น้ําก็หมดจากฝักบัว - เราไม่ได้ทําอาหารเลย แต่พอทํารีวิวห้องพักสุดท้ายเราเปิดเครื่องล้างจานมาเจอถ้วยสกปรกจากแขกก่อนหน้านี่มันน่ารังเกียจมากๆ -พื้นด้านล่างเตียงสกปรกสุดๆ ด้วย ของเล่นบางอย่างหลุดลงมาและเราต้องขุดเข้าไป - tv ก็ไม่ทํางานเลย , เราโทรไปขอแก้ไข แล้วพวกเขาบอกว่าจะโทรกลับให้ แต่เค้าไม่เคยทํา และ tv ก็ไม่ทํางาน - เราพักที่นี่ในช่วงฤดูร้อนเลย ห้องค่อนข้างร้อน, มีแฟนอยู่บ้างที่ชั้นมาชดเชยแต่เสียงดังมาก - บริเวณมันเละเทะ , ระหว่างทางไป central station เราเห็นผู้ชายสองคนขึ้นสูง , ตํารวจจับกุมผู้ชายคนหนึ่งเพื่อหายา และ ****** หลายท่าน มองหาลูกค้า มันทําให้มีคําถามมากมาย เกี่ยวกับวัย 6 ขวบ - เรา ใส่ tag “ทําความสะอาดห้องผม” ในแต่ละวัน แต่นอกจากเอาขยะไปและเปลี่ยนผ้าเช็ดตัว(ซึ่งแขวนไว้ให้เรียบร้อยไม่ต้องเปลี่ยน) ไม่มีอะไรทํา ดังนั้นหากต้องการห้องพักเพียงเพื่อการนอนพัก ที่นี่เป็นตัวเลือกที่ดีอย่าคาดหวังมากกว่านี้

Gute Unterkunft, wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt. Grosse Loby welche zum Verweilen einläd. Nachtessen ausgezeichnet, zu einem unschlagbaren Preis. Aufgestellte Leute. Doppelzimmer spärlich eingerichtet, kein Bild an der Wand oder so. Es dürfte wiedermal gestrichen werden.

I have spent 18 days working from JOYN Zurich so think this should be a fairly accurate review of my experience. For context, JOYN is new so may still be working through teething issues, but hopefully this is useful feedback. Pros; - Comfortable, well equipped rooms. I was in one of the largest apartments they offer and it is a good space to spend a lot of time - The kitchenette whilst small is workable and has most of what you'd need - Well located close to the airport and about 25 mins by tram to central Zurich - Nice bathroom and good shower pressure - Gym is good with nice new equipment - Very close to great supermarkets (Coop and Migros next door) - The communal spaces are lovely, including the central courtyard and roof gardens - Strong water pressure from the shower (although the drain didn't seem to be able to cope with the volume of water which meant potential overflowing of the shower unless carefully managed) - The room has a small dishwasher. There were two dishwasher tablets provided and these weren't topped up by the cleaners, meaning you'll need to buy more Unfortunately the cons are pretty significant though, particularly if you want to work from here; Cons - The wifi is atrocious. At best the speeds hover around 1mbps which isn't good enough for stable whatsapp or facetime calls, let alone Teams or Zoom work calls. I thought this may have been my room but is pretty much my experience in all the open spaces including the ground floor communal spaces (see screenshot from Speedtest). This makes it unsuitable for any work. - The cleaning services are a bare minimum. After one week they changed my linen and towels but didn't vacuum, sweep the floor, empty bins or clean the bathroom. After another 7 days they'd hadn't come to clean again and when prompted they said it would be cleaned that day (but it wasn't). On the 8th day I asked and again they promised to have it cleaned. Whilst I wouldn't mind cleaning myself, there is no vacuum cleaner, cleaning cloths or anything else in the room to clean with, so unless you want to buy your own, be prepared for it to get pretty dusty and the bathroom to get dirty. Cleaning also didn't include replacing the kitchen towels so you'll have to wash these yourself if you're staying for an extended period. - Other than the supermarkets nearby there is pretty much nothing else around Perhaps they're not used to guests having longer stays, but with cleaning services like this, it will become pretty horrible unless guests buy the cleaning products and do it themselves.
