รีวิว Boutique Hotel Wellenberg

The hotel is almost perfect in every area. The staff are helpful and very friendly. It is located right in the Old Town and very near the river, the main train station as well as main tourist attractions. There are also eateries nearby to suit every kind of preference and budget. The only thing I wish they have is, for safety reason, hand rails (grab bars) in the bathtub for seniors because one has to climb in and out to use the shower.

We loved our stay at the hotel wellenberg during our recent trip to Zurich, it was perfectly situated and a lovely spacious family room. The bathroom could use an update, which I’m sure is in the works, as one that I spotted by the elevator looked stunning! Our kids especially loved the family tv/gaming room and special mention must be made of the lovely front desk staff and Ruth at breakfast who was absolutely charming. We would definitely return again on our next trip to Zurich.

酒店厕所垃圾桶滿是厕纸入住前未清潔好。致電前台要求清理垃圾桶說清潔員工已休息，要明天早上才能清潔，但我們明天会check-out. 。另外三人入住只有2隻杯子，要問前台取。 此外，房間好多塵，清潔欠缺。另出，房間浴室陳舊，與照片不同，不推薦入全。唯一優点是近老城區。

家庭房面積很大，在歐洲的酒店裡算是很不錯的了。蘇黎世城區面積不大，所以酒店走去哪裡都很方便。主要勝在面積大、位置好 衞生：一般，有些角落不夠乾淨 設施：早餐很簡單，就是幾款熱食、咖啡和水果 服務：不功不過

Ottimo hotel, difficile per il parcheggio in zona storica e per la troppa neve.
