Atour is always my first choice when I travel to mainland. Excellent service , clean room and nice breakfast. The location of this hotel is quite good , have parking , near beach , nice Starbucks right down there. We also enjoy the breakfast at Atour ! Will definitely stay again !

Excellent hotel with sea view room. Equited with high quality of interior decoration and good hygiene. The customer service is tailor made for specific client with sincere, professional and warm manner. Surprisingly served with night food that reached client’s expectation. Highly appreciated and recommended for all who needed a peaceful and high grade place while their travel journey.

Very good location, accommodating and friendly staff, good out of their way to make your stay more pleasant. Breakfast buffet is rather large and highly recommended. Also have a fun place downstairs for kids to play.

Leaking shower and it flooded the toilet

We spent two nights in a Superior Suite with Seaview. Note that the view we had overlooks the airport hangers and the river but you can’t see the famous Opera House. As it is you can't see much as the windows are filthy. The airport is just for helicopters so it isn’t too disturbing. Rooms on the north side can see the Opera House. The room design is bizarre. It seems the designer forgot or didn’t know all the key features of good hotel room design. Of particular note are the absence of any cupboards shelves or hanging space in the bedroom, a toilet that is a really difficult space to use, few pictures or other decorations and lack of an in-room safe. The breakfast is predominantly Chinese for which there is a good selection. Western options are very limited. It is best to order food at the noodle cooking station as the food in the chafing dishes that is meant to be hot is, at most, tepid so avoid this. The restaurant and bar on the 12/F is closed in the evening (off season) apart from the complimentary evening noodles from 9:30 to 11pm. We had expected some dessert options at that time of the evening but surprisingly none. There are few restaurants or shops nearby so you will need to use taxis or a car for these. We can recommend the Iyoho Mall at Jingshan Park which is about 2km north of the hotel. The front desk will suggest another mall much further from the hotel which isn’t as nice. There is a bus stop outside the hotel but we weren’t sure about payments and routes. Taxis are cheap anyway. Overall there are better options in Zhuhai at this price. We can’t recommend this hotel unfortunately.

Very comfortable bed and pillows, able to provide us with good night sleep. Services was very good. As a whole, really value for money!

The hotel is located in the residential area, which lacks convenience stores. Luckily, there is a good restaurant (一尺花園) next to the hotel. The food there is very delicious and highly recommended. The gym room is not in service disappointedly. Thanks to 海勛 from the concierge for his good service.

Nice location, very clean, great amenities and friendly staff. Def. would recommend any traveller to Zhuhai to consider this hotel.

Service is good, room is clean and worth the money. Overall very good experience

All in all i am satisfied with this hotel, the service is good and the food is ok too. The only thing i didnt like is that the double bed rooms are all in the forth floor and if you look out of the window you wont see anything.

Efficient check-in and check-out. The front desk staff are helpful and attentive. The location is excellent. Good choice for a short visit of Zhu Hai.

Upgraded to higher floor to enjoy harbour view & enjoyed the sight of helicopter taking off & landing at nearby helipad. Enjoyed free supper provided by the hotel & breakfast’s varieties were excellent. Will choose to stay in Atour Hotel in future if we visit China,
