The hotel staff was good, but ı got a problem for payment with Visa credit card. As a global brand hotel 'Shangri-La" expected to accept internationla credit card payments but unfortunately not succesfull. Also Trip.com do not have agreement with hotel for "online payment" which I can easly submit payment, but again unsuccesfull. Hope you can improve your service and agreement to give better support foreigner guest in China mainland.

Hotel staff is kindly hospitality
Room service is not available
Coffee is not available at the room, should going to first floor to get free coffee.
Breakfast is less than two star hotel, very poor, I was doubt about the hotel is really Shangri-la or fake!!
