酒店的位置比較僻靜，但是也還好，離鄭州東站非常近，大概也就十分鐘車程。這次元旦出遊特意選了這個酒店，主要看上他新開業，設施都很智能化，帶女兒出來玩都是五星級或以上，都會選擇開業年限比較新的酒店，這樣設施也很新，帶孩子品質衞生必須第一。新中式的裝修風格讓人很精心，免費為我們升級了房型，房間內一塵不染，房間很大很寬敞，一看就是新開業的，非常棒非常高級。衞生間雖然沒有浴缸但是很大，智能馬桶不用開蓋關蓋，自動沖水，冬天坐上去暖暖的，我女兒都不想下來，想一直坐在馬桶上，哈哈。我們的房間在24層風景很好，跨年夜還看到了窗外遠處的煙花，拉滿氛圍感。房間裏沒有電話，都是智能小度呼叫前台。説幾個不足之處： 1 、入住沒有幫我們拿行李 2 、臨走前一晚點了外賣，機器人可能太少了，遲遲送不到房間，大半夜的我衹好和女兒穿着浴袍跑下大廳自己取上來的，能不能多幾個機器人呢？ 3 、洗衣服沒有人工的，衹能自己去24層自助洗衣房，太麻煩了，所以我們就沒有洗。希望可以人工洗衣，之前住的五星酒店都是服務員上房間取走衣服洗乾淨送上來的。這一點仟那做的不好，希望改進。 4 、酒店沒有提供小童洗漱用品，差評 5、 沒有接送站服務，不好 其次，因為時間原因我們沒有體驗酒店的自助早餐，不知道怎麼樣。 6、酒店客房的送餐服務結束的太早，我們晚上想訂個水果果盤，前台告知餐廳早就下班了，很失望。床頭桌上的菜單菜品價格都不是很貴，水果果盤才18元，但這個服務提供的時間就有點失望了，晚上想吃東西衹能是外賣。這個送餐服務是不是應該改進調整一下。急住客之所急，需住客之所需，不好嗎？ 設施：全新，智能 衞生：非常好，乾淨整潔 環境：好 服務：個別服務項目有待提高
