My wife and I recently stayed at Wyndham Grand on 5/7-5/9 and would like to share our experiences and moments. We stayed at the Superior Lake View room and found the room very spacious and comfortable. The view from the balcony really worth the price. Swimming pool is magnificent. Also, we want to commend the front desk team, especially Miss Cara Yu for their outstanding service. From check-in to checkout, 小余 demonstrated remarkable professionalism and genuine warmth. She proactively provided personalized dining recommendations, sight seeing points marked on the map for us and reminded us about the weather change which was very heartfelt. It made my stay truly memorable. Please extend my gratitude to 小余. We look forward to returning. Best regards Simon and Helen

Good location near the lake, facilities and service quite nice… but breakfast very crowded and noisy and quality could be better.

We took the lake view room with soaking tub (hot water). Love it!! The room was clean and big. Staffs are very helpful too

The hotel location is very good. Very convenient to get to the sight seeing area. The room is spacious and the facilities are adequate. Bathroom and toilet is separate- smart set up. The restaurant is big enough to accommodate big groups during breakfast time- no line up at peak time. Will definitely book this hotel for next visit.

It was really great and pleasant stay for two days in this hotel and it’s huge, but everything is clean and comfortable. If you’re going to visit the city, you just need to stay only at this hotel to be sure that your vacations will be fine) here is a wonderful Russian receptionist and her name is Lisa, so you can ask for her for any help! Also, you can find a European food here, not too many but it’s comfortable.  The view is amazing and the territory of the hotels is huge and also really nice ! The inside swimming pool is just great and our kids were loved to stay there for a long time 😀

The lobby ceiling is so high. Very grand. Room is very clean and has a bath tub outside the balcony. The view is also excellent…

This is our 3rd time in this hotel! We really love everything about it! Hot springs are amazing and perfect temperature. Breakfast selection is pretty good, have western and Chinese options. Room is very clean and big, we like hot spring on the balcony. We also want to thank Lisa From the reception for an amazing service and great communication.

An amazing hotel in zhaoqing! Awesome hot spring area (very crowded Saturday afternoon,) pretty good breakfast, but a breathtaking view. Lisa at the front desk was very helpful and kind. Hope to come back someday!

This is a sort of white elephant. From the outside it looks great, the most expensive place in town! But the reality is quite different. The lobby is a huge room with big screens and cold environment, the check-in is fast and people speak English. The room assigned was about 700 meters away from the reception!!! super far away and no options of transportation, just walk with my suitcase. As soon as I arrived to my room, there was a strong smell of humidity and drainage pipes. I called the reception and mentioned that, they gave me option of an upgrade, but not for free, I had to pay 200 RMB extras!!!! Finally I took it and the place was the same except with small balcony, not worth it! Note: the view of the lake is outstanding! very nice, but the room is noisy and not comfortable. The breakfast is a market, lots of people, no organization, so you have to fight for a table, if you are alone (as in my case), I had to leave my jacket there to reserve a chair in a shared table. The parking is good, but not convenient, you need to go outside from the hotel building to the parking facilities, in a rainy day is not convenient. Next time I will find another option.

This hotel is damn grand damn nice damn convenient to 七星岩!! Super spacious. Love the bed, toilet and there’s even a jacuzzi in the room!!?!

Our stay at the hotel was absolutely wonderful. The room was incredibly luxurious, with a stunning view of the lake. One of the highlights was the private balcony with a bathtub—perfect for relaxing while enjoying the scenery. Liza at the front desk spoke excellent English and was exceptionally helpful throughout our stay. In the evening, the hotel restaurant offers a buffet with a wide variety of dishes at a very reasonable price. Guests can also unwind in the outdoor bubble pools for children, soothing jacuzzis, or aromatic baths. We truly loved every moment of our stay and highly recommend this hotel.

It was our third time staying at this hotel! We fell in love with the beautiful lakeside scenery. Rooms in Zone B offer a terrific view, where you can enjoy stunning sunsets right from your room. The Water Spa is a must-visit spot—it’s incredibly relaxing. The only downside is that some guests take photos inside the Water Spa where photography is not permitted. Additionally, a few guests talked loudly on their phones disrupting the tranquility for others trying to enjoy the spa! It would be great if management could improve this aspect.

It's really world class in scale and capability for handling large conferences and Retreats. Amenities truly our first class especially the swimming pool Spas hot tubs and saunas. Dinner buffet at the restaurant was a bit underwhelming
