Ver good location in the city centre. Smoking is smell is everywhere despite signs of no smoking.

I would like to give a special mention to manager “何丽珍” Lily He. As a foreigner I could not read Chinese at all and she helped me navigate my DiDi account to get my share ridding app working again. I was almost conned into paying extra on my DiDi ride to the hotel! But she stepped in and solved my problem! I’m so grateful to her. She also reccomended us to good eating places. So many to choose from ! She was professional and efficient and made my day a lot more easier! Thank you

We arrived before the check-in time (11am) thinking to store our luggage at the reception, but the receptionist told us the rooms were ready and was kind enough to check us in early, which was a pleasant surprise :D The rooms were nice and clean, no smell of smoke, stable WiFi connection. The rainfall shower head was a bit leaky, but the regular one works fine. It was a little tricky to get the water to the right temperature, but with some trial and error it's not a big problem. The hotel is located conveniently near the Seven Star Crags (just a tunnel away from the Paifang square), and there are many shops within walking distance. Recommended for travellers visiting Zhaoqing!

I want to start off by confirming that 95% of guests who stayed here gave it an outstanding review, they certainly earned it. The check-in was fast and efficient, Guest Services staff were friendly, and courteous, we felt welcomed and our business is appreciated. The room is spotless, housekeeping staff did an excellent job. It is well appointed, and the decor is modern and elegant. We had the cozy 2-bed room and the beds are a good size, much bigger than a standard twin bed, and were comfortable. The TV has a lot of channels to choose from, but most of them are in the Mandarin language, surprisingly they had the NHL playoffs live showing on one of the channels. I want to give special thanks to the Guest Services Supervisor Qiuyan Mo，ZhaoQing is experiencing a heat wave the past few days, and apparently because of a installation miscalculation, the hot weather turned the cold water taps in the hotel hot, in all my years of traveling, I have definitely experienced not having enough hot water in my room, but never no cold water… Qiuyan Mo did everything possible to try to alleviate the problem. It was surely not her fault, and there really is nothing she could do, but she immediately took the responsibility, and was very apologetic, she offered to upgrade us to a more superior room, but since that would not solve the problem, we declined. She also personally delivered a complimentary fruit plate to our room, and left instructions for her staff to make sure we’re comfortable and to satisfy all our needs. Even though it was not ideal to shower and brush teeth in what seemed like 36°C water, but because of the way Qiuyan Mo handled the situation, made it a little more bearable. I would definitely recommend this hotel because the staff are all well trained, professional, and hospitable. I would certainly be booking this hotel again the next time I am in ZhaoQing.

The staff are all very friendly and helpful. Father and I stayed there for four nights. The food at breakfast buffet was excellent. The whole hotel with beautiful garden is very clean and splendid and quiet.

Excellent customer service. Especially the sales manager, Miss Lily He 何丽珍at the front desk. Lily is very helpful, professional, having excellent communication skills. When I checked out, I asked Miss He if she can call a rental car to take me to the high speed train station. Miss He made great effort to contact a few different drivers, checked the best price and arranged the ride for me. Miss He even stood outside of White Swan Hotel in cold weather and make sure the car with correct licence showed up. Miss He is pleasant and made customers receiving the best customer service during the stay. I will definitely recommend White Swan Guest house (Zhaoqing).

Close to lake and shopping area. Reception Staff are gentle and friendly. One point worth noting is lake view are obstructed by trees.

Rooms r renovated. Sound proof ok, if one talk loud in hallway or shouting in the garden u can hear the noise even on 3rd floor but only happened twice in my 4 days stay so very acceptable. Room n floors r smoke free which is a plus. Hot water pressure stable. A couple flies in the shower drain at first but end up dead so didn't bother me. Main thing is tv has tvb n pearl channels. Pillows have soft n hard to choose from. Has free laundry room. 3 shopping malls n lots of shops/eateries/2 supermarkets within 5 to 10 min. Walk fm hotel. Bus stops r nearby. Very convenient if u r a tourist.

Very good location. It is renewed so the equipment in the room is nice. The service is also friendly and helpful. But the water temperature of the shower head is not stable.

good location ... close to tourist attractions ... lots of choices of different style of dishes nearby good facilities ... good size room ... air con, TV are new & in good condition ...

The location is perfect, close to the Star lake and everything. The room is big and clean, The service is excellent. The price is quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

All the front line services are excellent. They gave out appropriate and correct information. 小英和小微Provided warm hearted services with excellent manner. Even the door guard sent out good concern.
