服務：服務中規中矩 我們就住一晚 問第二天可不可以延遲退房到十四點前 前台告知 如若需要延遲 一個小時需另付一百元 住了這麼多酒店 這是第一次給出如此完美答案的 所以果斷放棄[衰]
ps:房間又幹又燥 一晚上都沒開空調 還這樣 [發呆]

22morrowsworldExcellent hotel with great facilities and well furnished rooms that utiliss smart technology throughout. The Trip. com reservation included buffet breakfast, which was very good. A huge variety on offer with brewed coffee. The hotel offers various services which I found especially helpful. I had some documents to sign which required printing some A4 pages from a file on a mobile device and this was no problem - the reception were able to use Bluetooth. Very convenient!
The hotel has a small gym with two treadmills and bike, which I made use of. The exercise bike in particular is high quality with a strong frame and steady resistance which provides a good workout. Adjacent to the gym is a laundry with high quality fast operating washing machines and a dryer -very convenient during winter. The laundry also features a comfortable sofa and table as well as a steam cleaner/press.
The room itself is modern with some state of the art lighting, a smart sensor toilet, smart TV, ss well as electric powered curtains that opened out to a large window. The king bed was supremely comfortable with the necessary bedside controls and electric sockets.
The hotel can be reached by foot from the train station in about 25 minutes. Overall this hotel is one of the best I've experienced on my trip in China and it is highly recommended if staying in Zhangjiakou.

My family sent a box of sports drinks before I left. I made sure to make sure it was delivered on the day of the game. The result was that I, a road ******, filled in the wrong district address. The courier was sorting from the south of the city to a novice post office in the north of the city. Just after the race ended at 4 p.m., the logistics information showed that ”the post office is already at the post office,” but we had to leave for the next city at 5 p.m, and looked at the postoffice address 10 kilometers away on the map, stamping our feet in a hurry. When she heard this, Ms. Park comforted me by saying, ”Don't worry, I'll find a way,” grabbing the keys to her electric car and running out. She returned 20 minutes later, sweating and panting, saying, ”The sorting officers had the wrong zoning area. I went halfway through the warehouse with them to find it!” She thought she could get it now, but she frowned again and said, ”The box is too big to fit in the electric car basket. I'm afraid it will be broken on the road. I'll run around and pack it in the trunk again!” Before I could react, she turned and rushed down the stairs again - the second time she saw her, she had a sweat scarf on her arm, With her hands tightly wrapped around the trunk, even her work shirt was soaked with sweat, but she smiled and said, ”I just borrowed a shock absorber from the post office, and none of the drinks damaged.” When she tore open the packaging, she also purposely put a note on the trunk: ”Remember to replenish electrolytes after the game!” At that moment, I suddenly felt that although the wind of Zhangjiakou was cool with the grassland, but the box of drinks and the smile of my little sister, the trophy of the race course was more heart-warming. QQueenNatWooThere were good things and bad things for this weekend trip. The bad things did not ruin the trip and we still have a great time. First, the parking here is so horrible. We drove around a few times to find a spot to oark. We couldn’t drive up to check-in. The parking garage was full and asking the guard about where to park he said the lot and garage were at capacity. We arrived well after the checkin time but our room was not ready and were still being cleaned. It took 4 people to check us in but they eventually got it sorted but this was an issue that was not in their control. They made the process very smooth and stored our luggage as we waited in the lobby. They have Starbucks” in the lobby and we waited for the rooms. The rooms were amazing and had that old world few feel to them. The beds were comfortable and the suites were very spacious. We had both a 1 bedroom suite and an executive suite. The breakfast did not live up to expectations they were slow to refill juices and left with a feeling of being mediocre. Steamed buns were soggy. We ordered food from
Delivery and ate dinner out.

ผผู้เข้าพักทริปนี้มีความสุขมาก! โรงแรมดีเกินคาดมากๆ เลยค่ะ เนื่องจากมาช่วงนอกฤดูท่องเที่ยว คนไม่เยอะ ทำให้เราได้เช็คอินตั้งแต่ 10 โมงเช้า ไม่ต้องรอถึงบ่ายเหมือนเวลาปกติ แถมยังได้รับการอัปเกรดห้องพักให้ด้วย พอเด็กๆ เข้าห้องไปก็กระโดดโลดเต้นด้วยความตื่นเต้นสุดๆ ค่ะ ความสะอาดดีเยี่ยม อาหารเช้าอร่อยมาก ส่วนสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกสำหรับเด็กที่อยู่ชั้นล่าง เด็กๆ ก็สนุกสนานกันไม่หยุดเลย คุณเพ่ย เหมิงเหมิง พนักงานต้อนรับบริการดีเยี่ยม ให้ข้อมูลครบถ้วน ตอบทุกคำถาม แถมยังคอยเตือนเรื่องเวลารถรับส่งอีกด้วย หน้าหนาวนี้เราจะกลับมาเล่นสกีที่นี่อีกแน่นอนค่ะ

QQueenNatWooTook a trip with the family for my birthday weekend and some family time. The hotel was amazing. Great staff and location was perfect for traveling around the area. They have underground parking and even have a PlayStation near the hotel elevators so you can pay or locate your car. Parking garage elevators are separate from the hotel room elevators. Close to shopping and eateries and the pool was great for doing some laps my son and husband have the pool to theirselves. There were two lifeguards on duty. We took a trip over to the Gate and ate at the restaurant on the second floor. Food was very delicious and the service was top notch. It was a great ending to a relaxing weekend. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely go again.
