An exceptionally satisfying experience—the stay was very comfortable, and the hotel dining was excellent. This Chinese young man was fantastic and gave us so many great suggestions!

An amazing hotel with an exceptionally convenient location. You can literally walk to the entrance of the main park, and the hotel also provides bicycles, which makes it perfect for a scenic ride along the bike paths. The rooms are spacious, fresh, and very well maintained. Orthopedic pillows, a huge comfortable bed, and a bathtub with a mountain view. Everything you might need is provided, plus a lovely complimentary fruit platter. The breakfast is excellent, and it’s great that you can choose dishes from the menu. However, it would be nice to have photos to better understand the portion sizes and the dishes themselves. I would also like to give special thanks to a staff member named Will. He is incredibly kind and attentive, helped us with all our questions, and even created a perfect itinerary tailored to our preferences. Thank you for such genuine care and attention to guests — thanks to him, we were truly sad to leave so soon 🫶🏻

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. From check‑in to check‑out, every member of the staff was genuinely friendly, attentive, and went out of their way to make us feel welcome, especially Will, who was exceptionally helpful and professional. The breakfast and dinner were both delicious, with plenty of choice and consistently high quality. Our room was impressively spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished, with comfortable beds and everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Overall, this hotel exceeded our expectations and we would happily return.

We were visiting China for the very first time, and this hotel made our trip truly memorable. Its location was perfect—just a short walk from the famous “Avatar” park—allowing us to explore the area with ease. The hotel felt warm and welcoming from the moment we arrived, with clean, comfortable rooms that made it easy to relax after a day of sightseeing. A special thank-you goes to Mia, whose kindness and professionalism truly made my stay exceptional. She was always ready to help with a smile and went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect. And of course, I can’t forget Toni, the amazing hotel dog! Toni brought so much joy and positive energy—such a friendly, charming presence that made each day even brighter. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience. I would gladly return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for comfort, great service, and a warm, friendly atmosphere.

AMAZING. Will and the team helped us plan everything. The staff (and don’t forget the dog) go beyond to help. Do recommend! It’s near the entry of the park, you want this. And the views are amazing!

The hotel was nice, very clean, well maintained and with great views. Service was very polite, they explained and helped us with a trip to the park. If you book a room in this hotel I would suggest you to select the room type with the balcony as it has the best views. Overall very pleasent stay and can recommend this hotel to everyone.

Everything was wonderful. Everything was very clean, the staff was polite. We had three full days, during which we visited all the national parks. The hotel staff bought all the tickets for us, explained the routes in detail, and everything was superb. The breakfasts were acceptable for a European: fried and boiled eggs, porridge, croissants, coffee, and some other familiar dishes. Knowing the food in China in general, everything was fine. Everything inside was very modern and beautiful. The location was also great – about 10 minutes from the national park entrance.

We enjoyed our stay very much spend 4 days in the resort, located in a more remote area of the region, which makes it really quiet and relaxing. Everything was well maintained and clean, fantastic view on Zhangjiajie National park from our room. To enter the National park is very convenient, either a 10min walk or in our case the Hotel driver gave us a lift. Our host Will was very attentive and gave us many recommendations on how to make the most of our time in Zhangjiajie. Food of the Hotel restaurant was really delicious with a variety of options to choose from Hunan quisine. All in all we can definetly recommend to stay at the resort and would definetly book again.

This hotel is exceptionally comfortable and offers convenient access to the Avatar filming locations. The staff are truly excellent, being wonderfully helpful. One gentleman is able to communicate in English. They planned our itinerary according to our requirements and arranged tickets for the attractions we wished to visit over the coming days.
