Great hotel, wonderful staff, beautiful clean rooms, tasty breakfast. We enjoyed every moment in this hotel. I highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing hotel! The owners are super nice and accomodating and are seriously next level in hospitality. The meals were really tasty and the rooms (including the jaw dropping views) were absolutely amazing. Would definitely recommend this hotel for anyone coming to the area!!!

We have a lovely stay, just great! Views were amazing, breakfast was so good, the room was perfect and above all, Henry was the best! We forgot some papers in one restaurant and Henry contacted them as we didnt have chinese number and went to get them, he was really kind. I would definately recommend it!

We really enjoyed our stay at flowers valley. The view and Location is really good. Henry takes really good care for his guests. He did organize all the Tickets for us, gave us recommondations for our trip and Restaurants. Took care for everything! The location is Only 5 min away from the southgate of the zhangjiajie Forest Park. Henry also drove us there. The breakfast is solid chinese style, nothing Special but good :) if you have any Special wishes they will organize. Can only recommend.

First time experiencing a homestay like this, and the owner is the reason I want to do it again. I usually don't write reviews like this, but the service baffled me. The day before my arrival, the owner asked ways to contact; we added eachother on WeChat and communication was extremely easy. Gave me options from picking up from the airport to tips on how to get there safely and easy. This made the arrival very easy and I felt safe/confident. They took our luggage to the room, accomodation itself was quite pleasant, everything was clean and they were understanding. The place is quite remote, so there were barely any food options. The owner offered us their food options, first I wasn't intrigued but in the end we chose to order. It went smoothly, got a message we could come downstairs for food; it was an amazing homecooked meal that made me feel like I was back home. After dinner he insisted to plan our whole 2-day Zhangjiajie itinerary. From ways to travel to activities. He made clear how we could get the most out of the 2 days while being realistic about time. This went to smoothly, he purchased the tickets for us for the retail price, similar to the price on trip.com. The days went by so smoothly, it was like having a free tour guide with the stay. When there were any questions, messages and calls were responded immediately. I can write so much more, but all I can say is that this was one of the best experiences I've ever had while staying in any accomodation, even compared to high-end hotels. Thank you so so much for the amazing experience, without you I wouldn't have seen so much in 2 days. PS he has very cute cats walking around

The room, the View, the location everything was awesome. The host helped us planning the best route through the awesome natural forrest park and tianmen mountain. It was amazing. He was soo awesome and could speak English very well.
